posted a message on Old Pc Game Hookup Thread
Ok, so I always want to be hooked up with old games that I forgot the name of. I can't be the only one who does so I'm starting a thread about it!
    1. It had like a gold mask, and everyone was turned to stone or something. Near the end you had to cross the river styx or something similar. It was an RPG and in the beginning you had to use a grappling hook to climb up a castle or windmill or something...
Sorry if it's not helpful, I hope this thread helps others out!

Congratulations. You exploited the easily-manipulated mind of a well-meaning, low-wage lady who works to help your future and who placed her trust in you.

    Is this really an accomplishment?

Yeah pretty much. She called me outlandish.

processor could use a boost but the thing holding that one back is definitely the video "card". Get a decent discrete video card such as an AMD 5670 1GB, they are just $100ish nowadays. Onboard + minecraft = SUCK.

    ~edit~
I see it's a notebook. sorry to say, there's no way to replace video in one of those.

I would suggest you build a desktop to play minecraft or put up with it's sluggishness.

Is that for just netbooks or all laptops?

I don't feel like looking up how to figure out my specs, so here's what I remember (probably wrong):

    Dell Inspiron 530s
    ATI Radeon 4350HD
    220-ish GB HDD
    Another, 500GB HDD
    An external 500GB Hard-drive

God dammit I need to learn me some computers.

It' works for what I need it to, but I used to have some higher-end NVidia that I've completely forgotten the name of. It fried itself though. Watchagonnado?

Is that graphics card standard with Inspirons?

Yesterday In history we started a chapter about the JFK era and cold war. However, we had a sub and she asked us to do a bubble map on the board to show things we knew about the topic. Me and two of my friends wrote on the board how Alex Mason assassinated JFK and how he also assassinated Castro during bay of pigs. She believed us and we went over the whole Black Ops storyline in class! Classic!

What kinda budget do you have? Or do you want freeware/shareware programs? OR do you do this THE OTHER WAY, you know... PB

Anyway that gets the job done but preferably freeware or open source and stuff. IF necessary I do it the OTHER WAY. And thanks for the braille translator my brother is blind.
