This was from Warning 4001 WLAN auto Config
WLAN AutoConfig service has successfully stopped.
I hope thats what you wanted me to copy:P
Jul 7, 2012Well. my computer just crashed again. This time i was only running Skype and the internet. no minecaft, no games. As soon as i started my computer back up i checked the event logs and the only thing i found moments before the crash was 2 warnings. one was event id 1530 and another of id 4001. The 1530 one was from windows profile service. the other was from WLAN auto config saying "WLAN AutoConfig service has successfully stopped."Posted in: Legacy Support
Jul 5, 2012when i read the event logs. all it had was a bunch of warnings for MacCafe trying to run after i had set it to not run on startup because i had gotten a different antivirus software to use. I did this while these crashes have been occuring.Posted in: Legacy Support
Jul 5, 2012im not ignoring. I searched my event logs. there were no critical or fatal crashes detected.Posted in: Legacy SupportQuote from LanderVis
You should try unplugging your internet and then playing Minecraft. If your computer doesn't shut down anymore, you're probably hacked or someone connected to your net is messing with you.
I've played minecraft Offline. and it has happened while my internet was off.
Jul 4, 2012if you are using MCPatcher you need to make sure you are using it BEFORE INSTALLING A MOD. alot of people dont know that... you mightve just installed it wrong or something. So what i would do is BACKUP your '.minecraft' folder and then delete your Bin folder and the mcpatcher XML document. run minecraft to let it redownload the Bin folder. And if you really need to patch minecraft for some reason you neeeeeedd to make sure that Mcpatcher is for that snapshot!!! And make sure the toomanyitems mod is for THAT snapshot!(alot of people install old stuff and complain for minecraft not working). then use Mcpatcher if it is up to date. close it and then install toomanyitems. then you are good.Posted in: Legacy Support
Jul 3, 2012Click the start icon. Type in the search box 'System Information' click it when it appears. It will show you all of your PC specs.Posted in: Legacy Support
ALSO i thought that i might add that i had litterally the same issue you have. Now my minecraft doesnt work and i think i need a new graphics card to play it. 1 thing you can do to stop the crashing however is download MCpatcher and run it as administrator, Wait for it to open then Analyze your minecraft.jar folder. when its done you will notice the 5 tabs: Mods, options, log, class map, patch summary. > click options then in the box under the tabs next to where it says Java Heap Sizes enter 1024. if that is already there, then enter 2048. Go back to the mods tab then hit patch. wait for it to finish then run minecraft:D hope this helped. If it didnt then search youtube for USING MCPATCHER
Jul 3, 2012the other ones get pushed down page after page and you are the only one answering... sorry that i wanted an answer from the rest of the community? I did. All i could find was a bunch of errors from MacCafe. thats it. nothing to cause a shut down thoughPosted in: Legacy Support
Jul 3, 2012This is the 3rd time i'm posting this and hoping for a freaking miracle because i'm am at the point where i'd like to throw away my PC. lolPosted in: Legacy Support
>I'll start with my PC specs
Operating System: Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit
Processor: Intel 2 Core Duo Processor E6400
Memory: 4.24 GB of ram but only 2.11 available
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon X1650 Series
I can typically run minecraft with fancy graphics and far distance with approx 30 fps. But i perfer simply fast graphics and normal view distance. Minecraft has no problem launching, loading a new world, playing, etc. The problem comes roughly 5 minutes of playing. I will be doing things i always do in minecraft and boom, my computer starts closing programs. Minecraft is usually the first to close. Then skype(which is generally the only program I open while playing) , THEN MY COMPUTER SHUTS DOWN.
> I figure someone is going to tell me to update my video drivers. I'VE DONE THAT!
I have deleted my whole [.minecraft] folder and re downloaded it. & have even deleted the .exe and used the Linux download to run it through the .jar file with java. *NOTE* HAS PROBLEM WHILE PLAYING IN BROWSER AS WELL*
I've deleted my java and uninstalled it and reinstalled it to the most updated.
I've ran minecraft using the 64bit version with 64bit java
I've used MCPATCHER to allocate 1024Mb to minecraft (didn't change anything)
I've also allocated 2048MB to minecraft(still didn't change a thing)
I ran 5 FULL computer scans with trusted antivirus software such as Kaspersky. and used them to clean my computer of all the malware and viruses they could find. Also deleted my antivirus to see if that was conflicting with minecraft and causing it to crash my computer with No Result!
>I've been playing minecraft since about Minecraft beta 1.4 . So I typically know how to fix errors with mods and etc. I'm not that skilled with computers and have been unsuccessful of finding anything close to the problem my computer is having on google. I have spent hours uninstalling un-needed software and programs to fix with with no change.
ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
Also: I understand it could be my power supply...HOWEVER, I can run games like CoD Black Ops. and it atleast doesn't crash my whole computer...I will say though that CoD black ops does seem to get an error with Directx after probably about 30-60 minutes of gameplay... But i have Directx10 and it wont let me install Directx11 for some reason. That doesnt concern me though because i hardly play that game anymore.
The crashing of my computer also happens to TERRARIA.
