Staff Requirements
In order to become part of the team on the VallerHQ, you must meet all the below requirements before you consider applying.
You must be 14 years or older in order to apply.
So as to be considered for a staff position on our server, you must be 14 years old or older. We have to be convinced that you will be able to meet all the guidelines, and will be mature and responsible enough to represent our Staff Team.
Detailed requirements:
- Builder/Artist - at least 14 years old,
- Helper - at least 14 years old,
- Moderator+ - at least 16 years old.
You must have access to our discord and website.
You must have access to our discord and website in order to be considered - linked account. It’s vital for internal communications and cooperation in our Staff Team.
You must have shown enough activity before applying on the server/discord/forum.
Being familiar and productively helpful within the community before applying greatly increases your chances of acceptance. You should have at least 2h playtime so as to be considered for a staff position.
You must have a clean background and image within our community.
It’s not mandatory, however, a vital element. Being a Staff Member, you represent our community. It’s important to have a good reputation and follow server rules and regulations before applying in order to be respected.
You must be fluent in English.
This is a vital requirement. You must be a well-spoken person and understanding of the English language as it is the server’s language.
All the references and evidence of your previous experience/ work are to your advantage.
How to apply?
Register on our website and go to VallerHQ Staff Application Forum. Follow the Staff Application Template, create a new topic on the Staff Application Forum, and apply!
- Applications with short answers and basic information have very little chance of being accepted.
- Patience is vital after applying. Your application will be reviewed and eventually answered.
- If you ask a Staff Member to review your application, it will be instantly denied.
- Lying to us in your application will result in an instant denial.
- You must be familiar with all the rules and guidelines of our server before applying and prove it in your application.
- Language mistakes and errors in your application will lower your chance of acceptance.
- If your previous application was not accepted, make sure to reapply not earlier than in 3/4 weeks otherwise your application will be automatically denied.

VallerHQ is a new upcoming Minecraft Network. Currently, we offer a Survival Server, but we are also working on new game modes, f.ex.: KitPvP, SkyBlock, Factions, etc. We have already planned two jaw-dropping custom minigame idea's, which have never been seen before in Minecraft's history.

The most important role in our community. Thanks to their creativity and passion, they create an amazing place where we can carry out our innovative ideas. Builders must be able to work with a team and have a Discord account.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 14 years old.
- Should be able to provide us with pictures of their past work.
- Ability to work with a team, good communicative skills.
- Respect and collaborate with all team members and admin.
A Moderators’s main role on the server, like Helpers, is to answer general questions that players have. However, unlike Helpers they also are expected to watch for hackers, as they are permitted to punish them.
They’re also expected to guide the Helpers’s on their road to becoming Mod.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Follow server rules and regulations and enforce them to all guest and team members.
A Staff Manager main role on the server is to keep an eye on all the staff members, monitor their performance, manage their tasks, making reports of their job.
A Staff Manager is also responsible for training Helpers and Moderators.

- Able to work in a team of both younger and older staff members.
