My blaze farm wasn't working in hard mode, so i started playing in normal as well. I don't get the load fails as much, but I do get the grey save bar at least once every 2 to 3 hours.
I read in another post how you can disable your internet when that happens, and the screen will go back to the game, and from there you can usually save the game and then just restart the server. This has worked for me a few times, but not always. Sometimes it will get stuck on a going offline screen with a grey bar as well.
I find ever since I switched to PS4 things have been better. Still, a little laggy when massive item storage comes into play, but way better. To be fair, MCCE was released when the PS3 platform could actually sustain it. And I can only imagine what the PS3 community would be saying if they didn't include any updates past TU19. Then you'd be complaining about no more updates. Can't make them all happy. If you don't like the company or their product anymore, then you know where the exit is right? I am still enjoying the Survival mode gameplay. No, I don't care much for the mini games either, but others actually do and you can't disrespect somebody for liking them.
You say you keep saying 4J Studios is a useless company, and you've said it again and again. But yet you keep coming back for more. I don't understand that if a person hates something so much they keep ranting about something that obviously won't be fixed, why don't you just delete your user account on here, eject the game and be done with it while the rest of us enjoy the game even WITH its flaws.

The PS4 has absolutely nothing to do with my statement, so really I don't care about how "ever since you switched to PS4 things have been better. Still, a little laggy when massive item storage comes into play, but way better" That is completely irrelevant to the point I was making.
It's very simple. I paid for a product, and i expect to use it. I also expect it to be functional. I don't know what kind of fictional world you live in, but I don't just spend money on something to throw it away. Do you understand were money comes from, and how it is obtained, or should I explain that to you as well?

What really bothers me about 4J Studios is the fact that they ask us(Paid Customers); to upload our save files(worlds) to a third-party website, so they can examine them. Are they not capable of providing a page on their own support site for this to be possible? (Why are we not provided with a code for a free skin, or something of the sort when we take our personal time TO DO 4J STUDIOS JOB as well?) I thought that they were paid money to port, and fix the issues that console players experience while playing minecraft? Clearly that is not the case as we have been dealing with game breaking issues for over 2 years now....
I have gone threw a quite a few post's about all the problems with ps3 minecraft(and boy are there lots of them), and I noticed nobody has talked about the fact that the game will revert back to old saves that are hours old when the games crashes. It is my assumption that when the game crashes. It will revert your save back to the original save when the game was first loaded. This here alone has caused me to lose countless hours, and hours of gameplay.
You all say I am in the wrong for being a dissatisfied customer. I say your brown nosing gets you nothing, and it makes you look like fools. You all say I am in the wrong because I play on the old-gen model of ps3. I say dont release a game for a machine if it is not capable of handling the game play. You're all so happy with new mini-games, and mash-up packs, and skins. I laugh at you! You all must be keen on playing free-to-play games that will end up costing you 500% more than a game should cost. I've said it many times already, and I will say it again, and again. 4J Studios is a useless company.
I've been in the process of breeding villagers for the past 8 hour-ish, and at least once an hour the game will crash back to the ps3 menu. It doesn't matter if I am moving or not.
Multiplayer lag is caused by your internet, and/or by the server, not by the developers.
You are wrong. I have a 100 mbs connection. 2 ps3's just in different rooms hardwired into router/box, and there is major lag spikes on some of my worlds. Trying to use beacons? Get the hell out of here. Since day one they have been nothing but useless, and glitchy.
It is beyond clear PS3 version of MC is just a cash grab. They have already raked in millions upon millions of dollars( 54 million console editions sold back in 2014!(360/PS3))
I even tried the psn version of Minecraft, but this one crashes every two new map generation. (During generating)
I can create a new map, and play & save (only tested for a few hours), if I then exit the map, and choose to generate a new one, it crashes out to the main ps3 screen..
I must say, that i never ever have seen a game so faulty like this one.. it's a complete mess now after the"Christmas" update..

If it's not one thing(which 4JStudios will not deal with), then it's a completely new thing added on top of all the old issues. Then we are where we are now. With a compete piece of unplayable trash!
There is no fix. 4JStudios needs to either stop production on the PS3 version of MC(whilst giving every single person who paid for the game a complete refund), or completely revamp the game. Because it is beyond clear that just porting the PC version over to all other consoles DOES NOT WORK!
"reimbursement" does not cut it. These issues have literally been going on for years now. If its not one thing. It is always, and I mean ALWAYS another! Full refunds need to seriously be considered...
4J Studios has done it again. Another useless update that has rendered the game even more unplayable than before. Do they even test these updates? I don't think so, and if they do. It must be a 6 year old kid who runs around building cobblestone houses, and that's it. Updated my game a day after the update was released, and my ps3 forcibly restarted not even 10 minutes into game play. COMPLETE FAIL 4J STUDIOS. I am no longer shocked by the garbage they release anymore. They do not care about money they have already have. They only care about releasing garbage skin packs, useless mini games, and taking more money from customers who have already bought the game.

Pretty much any mic will work with the ps3 as long as it is Bluetooth. I have used the mics on portable speakers when my headset was charging.
