I understand its uncreative but I'm thinking of things to also balance it. The reason why I think "its a good idea" is because it's optional you dont have to spawn him so if your friends arent ready, (which I meant they're teleported also when they have full iron and diamond gear AND weapons. I was too tired to mention everything. And he's adds a challenge ( once I balance him out) that pro players could go against. As I said a couple of times, this is a NEW idea so Im thinking of drops that will make it worth fighting him, plus though he has the ability of the wither and the shape of the Ender Dragon, He wont look like a dragon with the color skin of the wither.

Imagine a sword that deals 100000 damage but costs 2 diamond blocks. You could easily say "ohhh it's optional" and it's still a bad idea.
You should also always have everything in your suggestion when you create it. Being tired isn't an excuse, you can always write it down on your computer or on a piece of paper somewhere and finish it later, then copy it to the forums.
Put something as at least a substitute in the idea for your ideas so at least it will be complete. If you really want to know what will work, add some polls, and edit the thread accordingly when you have a sizable amount of results. This is a pretty good way to turn a bad idea into a good one. Also, change the formatting to look neater. People like a thread more like this:

As you can see, the wall-of-texty one is less appealing to the eye and it makes it harder to find a certain section in the thread. The sectioned one on the other hand looks very nice and neat, and is much more appealing to the eye.

A bow still deals more damage, and you can have infinity enchantment on a bow.
Not that infinity is common, but the bow is very cheap compared to the best spear, and arrows are too. Plus, they drop from skeletons. Bows are overall better. This is an in between for swords and bows.
This costs more than a sword, and deals less damage. Sure, you have the ability to throw, but that isn't helpful when you have a bow that can deal 10 damage w/o enchants.

My suggestion: It needs a unique purpose, and a reason to use it. Avoid, I repeat, AVOID, scale tipping a sword. Make it worth that extra (insert material here).
Overall a decent idea. I think this is pretty interesting actually. It's mostly to add an aesthetic for ice biomes, but still a pretty good idea nonetheless.

My suggestion: Make a unique boss, that ISN'T a mashup. Give it a unique drop and a purpose, and make sure it fits well into the game and is balanced. Perhaps a nether mini-boss?

-Summoning anything is allowed, but there must be a tradeoff.
You begin in a long plains, with a nearby highly advanced military city.
