posted a message on 1.4.2 Is Out!
Wow, that is an impressive changelog...
I would play it NOW, but I'm on my phone here at three in the morning. I would never see the end of it if I started a game now.

I'm ten years old but my tooth still hurts. So painful :steve_tearful:

Just like my 12-year molars. Only with them, they aren't replacing anything, so pulling them isn't an option.

I you are ten though, you should almost be done with baby teeth.

This changelog seems drastically short. I thought other things were going to be included, and some of it is confusing. For instance, the experience from furnaces was 0 in 1.2.5.... I kind of doubt this was drastically reduced.

For some reason the changelog shown here is only a tiny fragment of the whole thing.

The is a pattern I have noticed since I joined here a long time ago. Every single flippin' update gets bombarded with hate threads! If Mojang actually listened to whe whiny haters, then we just might still be in indev!

I think it's the Mac. Minecraft isn't primarily made for Macs, so there will be game-breaking bugs from time to time.

Wow, I so do not stick to the status quo of average phobias. I'm deeply afraid of vomiting actually, couple that with that you never stop feeling nauseated, and you get some pretty bad days. I'm not afraid of rodents, arthropods, large animals, or any of that. Just vomiting (and paniphobia) (almost forgot acrophobia).

I know its uncommon, but those "daddy long leg" spiders (wait... are they spiders?) freak me out more than anything, after being traumatized by then when I was 8.

Harvestmen aren't actually spiders, they are a different order of arachdid (a class of arthropod) all together.

posted a message on Will Mods Still Work in 1.3.1
They should be able to update their mods in due time, just wait. At least it will be easier for mod developers to make them multiplayer compatible, if doing so isn't manditory. Also, what's with the diamond/gold leggings?

I don't understand why so many people have performance issues. I'm playing on a little notebook (It's quite new but nothing to be called something especially for gaming) on render distance small while simultaniously Mozilla Firefox is running a YouTube video on 360p and I get about 20 FPS. Even if I host a server on my notebook and play on it I get 30 FPS (but without YouTube). Either I'm just very lucky or your computers are crap but for me everything is working as it is supposed to. Maybe Minecraft isn't fully compatible to your computer or something like that.

I don't get it either! I am playing it a bunch on a low-end laptop and the framerate is higher than it's ever been!

I actually like the SMP merge. I like the idea of being able to put all of the multiplayer bugs on the singleplayer side, and just be able to squish them on one program. Also, when the mods start to update for 1.3.1, it will encourage mod developers to make their mods multiplayer-compatible! My friend and I always hated it when we would find a mod that we both liked that didn't work in multiplayer.

attention: there is 2 big glitches not mentioned. English (UK and US) does not show up correctly, and MC Patcher doesn't work

MCpatcher, a third-party modification, not working is a glitch on Minecraft's part? NO. If you have to whine, then go whine in MCpatcher's thread about it. Also, please don't use such big text, it makes it kind of hard to read.

it sucks. the mods have to update and u have to re-install the mods on your computer

You may as well never update then, that is always the case. Don't blame Mojang for it, they didn't program the game intending it to be modable. Why do you think the code is obfuscated? If you really hate updating mods that much, just wait for the mod api, it will all change then.

i was playing on my hardcoremode world and i was going back throw my portal and some how i ended up in this dark place and i started to die so i lost every thing and the world

That's called the void. It seems to be some sort of bug with hardcore and the nether. Oh well. That is really why you shouldn't put that much time and effort into a hardcore world, just one mistake and it is all gone.
