Since maybe a JAVA update or a WINDOWS upodate, the MinecraftLauncher doesn't lauch. It sure appear on the Task Manager, but it close 2 seconds later.
The launcher log specify that he cannot find the "launcher_skins.json" file, but it doesnt exists
