If Yes , Reason: The Admins on the server wouldn't let anybody in the Neather, they provided no reason has to, and they just got sick of all the complaining about it and banned everybody on the server
So today I had downloaded the Technic Launcher and got playing, I knew it added a bunch of ores and stuff you would need for your machines, so I got to exploring and found a MASSIVE cave system, I mined so much I had about 25 Emeralds, 11 Sapphire, 11 Rubies, a Full stack of Nikolite, 2 full stacks of copper ore, full stack of Tin, full stack of iron ore, and a bunch of other stuff. I literally could not think of any words to describe how good I felt.
But unfortunately, has I went to mine some Redstone, It fell into lava right below, and my reflexes decided to kick in and make me push the W key instead of the S key. So i had lost everything I had on me
There are no words that exist to describe the amount of yelling that took place 5 seconds after.

Have you ever actually played a superflat world? The ground is something like three blocks from bedrock, and slimes spawn more than anything else.
Honesltly I think it can still be called survival. But honestly people are saying that the adventure update and all these temples and stuff are crap... They're meant for people who are endgame players.
I mean, think about it. If you were sitting in your mansion/castle with a chest full of gold,iron,diamond and other things, with an automatic wheat farm that can be harvested at the push of a button, and a mob farm that gets you all the mob drops you could possibly ever need, would you REALLY want to keep playing the game?
These Adventure update are supposed to keep those endgame players IN the game, so that they arn't just sitting there and leaving due to boredom, its about getting out of your castle and exploring. not sitting behind a wall where the creepers on the other side are just face planted against the wall trying to get to you.
Strongholds, Temples, Pyramids, Villagers, Ravines, Abandoned Mineshafts, Nether Fortresses, Potions, Enchantments...The End. Its ALL there to keep people interested in the game, without its strong fanbase to support Minecraft, do you really think that it would be the game it is today? No, it would most likely be in some folder in Mojang's Recycle Bin.
So before you go "These updates suck, I'm downgrading back to *Insert Version # here.*" Just remember why they got added.
