2.)Feces isn't really that flammable. Using it as a fuel would require some processing, which is another object to add just for one item... 3.)Using it as a fertilizer would take quite a while, still.... And putting it at the same level as magical bones of undead monstrosities is unbalanced. Plus, 4.)the color brown scattered on the environment is disturbing. While this went somewhere, it hadn't considered the cultural cost to having to deal with feces scattered in a game. Rarley is feces even shown in a game, unless the scene is meant to disgust the player. Expect a similar reaction to this in minecraft. Rather they drop something a little less disturbing that is also difficult to obtain, this would be a valid idea. Not that it's NOT valid,1.) it just wouldn't pass well over other players who are squeamish.
1.) i seriously doubt someone would be squeamish over a brown item labeled feces.
2.) lets not shoot the idea down with realism
3.) Unbalanced? No. Essentially with a looting 3 sword you can get 18 pieces of bonemeal from a single skeleton ~5 crops to full growth.
4.) Having a brown dropped entity would be disturbing? If you can convince me you feel that way with coca bean ill take that point seriously
I was thinking how Minecraft lacks (without mod) ways to sort Items automatically.
Making automated items sorting systems are one of the most interesting thing I found in mods, You can create inside your building or in its basement Big storange rooms to keep all your treasures, and depositing only in a chest, or in a Ender chest, all items are sucked out of it and delivered in to the right place.
For the minecraft without mod, the only thing that is lacking for this be possible is an improved version of the hopper that have a filter to suck only some kinds of items and blocks.
I think it would be interesting if a " Golden Hopper " would be added. For Its construction It would Use a Hopper, some gold and maybe some redstone or other resorces ...
It would be placed exactly like a hoper, but once opened it would show the Hopper inventory and also one extra group of slots called "Filter". The hopper would only suck Items that matches one of the items in the filter.
So if a Minecart with Chest passes over one Golden Hopper, and the golden hopper have a diamond in the filter, the golden Hopper will suck from the Minecart with Chest only Diamonds.
I think that with only this small addition, It would be possible to create awesome automated Item sorting systems.
I hope that the development of this don't gives allot of work, since the Hopper part of it is already done,

I actually use the pumpkin in the end though, just press F1 and pray that you have good accuracy.
Also, would the eye of ender still go in the direction of the stronghold?

no way, endermen are already easy to fight due to their size, leg weakness and bad AI, bring a bucket of water if you want to scare off endermen, or use a pumpkin, the pumpkin is only protection against endermen because it is hard to see with it, they don't need yet another weakness.
my suggestion does not kill them, it just returns them to passive mode. And if you think a full on horde of enderman is easy to fight off then....maybe you should wear weaker armor?
