Your missing a mod called "lotr", probably a Lord of the Rings type mod. One or more of the mods your using requires that mod. Double check the requirements for the mods you are using.
Dang, was hoping it was a more lightweight mod like OpenBlocks or Extra Utilities. :-/
Edit: I checked two Ars Magica wikis and found no reference to such a block. Please don't troll.
It's not a troll, the block is called a lectern and has the secondary function of displaying books for ease of access. http://am2.wikia.com/wiki/Lectern

The OP is running MC 1.2.2. Use separate Game Directory folders for each version of MC you want to play.

Just play on a client.
Client: single player
Server: multi-player

2. Are you playing vanilla or modded?
3. Have you updated your graphics drivers?

Java .jar files are considered executable files, so your browser security settings are not allowing it. Check the browser's security settings.
Another option is to use an alternate MC launcher, like Twitch or MultiMC to create Profiles and modpacks.

There is a mirror from MrCrayfish that is causing the crash. You can try a World Edit program to remove the mirror.
