Well I finally had it with these guys. I was tempted with a low price and good reviews a few weeks ago. Just my luck they turned to crap since then. I could write out a long review detailing my 13 service tickets in the approximately 3 weeks they were my hosting provider. I no longer care about the money i spent for the month I just want to be as far from these people as possible.
Here is a brief synopsis...
Two different IPs and logs in's on the first day.
They could never import my mySql database from my other provider. I tried, they tried and they finally told me it was too big @ 100 megs to import....yeah.
Lag and latency issues from Day one...turns out we were on a UK node when we requested a US node. Had to change the server IP for a 3rd time along with all my voting sites.
Took them better part of day to transfer my files from the UK to the US. The started out by pointing the finger at me and how large my files are.....Turns out they had 700kb left on the hard drive they were trying to transfer to me to....why it took 6 hours to figure this out is beyond me.
Once transfered to the US node my mySql quit working. It took about 4 days to and probably 12 or 15 ticket responses before they realized they had not white-listed their OWN server on their OWN mySql database. Did i mention they started out by pointing out that it as a plug-in issue and i needed to contact the developer. Yeah 4 plug-ins quit working at EXACTLY the same time after you moved me to a new node and its a plug in issue.
So many down times and connection issues its hard to keep track. I would say the server was up 18 hours out of 24 in the last week. They blamed the issues from everything to I don't know, to DDOS, and a netbot attack from a disgruntled ex-employee. Honestly I don't care what the issues are. I'm paying to keep a sever running and they couldn't do it.
My team speak 3 server was down for the last 3 days.
Even though i have a week or so left, im done. I already zipped my files, downloaded and uploaded to a new host. These guys can keep the change...
Btw..they need to change the name to PlugPRAYplay....you better pray that your server will work.
We are transfering from another host and just ordered the 5gb service and had a small issue. They responded within 10 MINUTES !!!. Great service so far.
