    To change trrain generation height you should edit ChunkProviderGenerate (the actual generator) or BiomeGenBase class (biome data including min/max terrain height).

    There isn't any totourials on height changing and I've never done anything like this before, I did try this first though with miserable results.

    No, that isn't what I want. I need something that restricts the terrain generation height to 64, so no mountains Cubic Chunks increases the world height allowing you to build a lot higher than normal. But thanks for trying :)

    Thankyou for clicking on to this topic and taking time to read my request, it's not likely that someone will actually do this, but hopefully someone will or point me in the right direction, and without further ado, my request.
    I would like a mod that changes the height of everything to sea level, like super flat. The key difference is that I want it for normal survival mode so I can exeriance different biomes and the like, just at a flat height, this may seem like a weird request especially with quite a few people complaining that minecraft is already too flat. But the reason I want this is because I struggle to build things with uneven terrain and I found minecraft to mountainous, go figure.
    Thankyou for taking the time out of your life to read this and hope at least one person considers doing this, it would make me a very happy and thankful person.

    That was amazingly hilarious!Do you really speak like that or did you put on an accent for it? The accent sounds like a mix between cockney and Australian (Australian because some of the words you used and Cockney, because, well it sounded like that!).
    Why am I filled with apprehesion about part two? It wasn't so bad when he reavealed that we are going to be dressed up as a 'pretty princess', but when he said you're going to bloody enjoy it...... Will Jeoffrey ever escape from the EMPEROR?! Not likely...
