It was originally just for fun but I needed to do this year long project for school so I thought I would use this as my project. We get funding (with provided proof of need) for whatever we need. I'm a sophomore in high school. So, other kids are with UNICEF and building schools in India, developing a miniaturized efficient diesel engine and other crap like that. Well I thought I would build from the ground up a real time dynamic fluid and solid sub-engine. I was thinking about appending it to Bullet physics or something like that...so yeah...that's my year long project :l

You lose hold of the large copper dagger.
You lose hold of the copper spear.
You slam into an obstacle and blow apart! (I didn't just die :biggrin.gif: I BLEW APART!)
You have died after colliding with an obstacle. [DONE]
This is pretty much how my target area looked like
Then I jumped down and landed on that little piece of stone jutting out.
Haha, even though I died miraculously on my first two tries...they were EPIC DEATHS!!!
First I had been traveling for a long time, not really knowing what to do, you know just picking up random stuff and throwing it. I decided it would be a good idea to jump down a waterfall, I ended up getting stuck in this water filled gully and after 10 minutes of fighting the current I drowned.
The second time I tried to cook a beetle at first on a tree I set on fire, it didn't work. Next I tried to cook it over some long grass...BAD IDEA the fire quickly spread and I was stuck up against this cliff wall. I soon caught fire and ran North for some reason. I forgot the river was right next to me. I began dying when I remembered the river, only problem it was a long jump down, I missed the water by about 1 unit of measure and broke my leg on some jagged rocks, still on fire, with a broken leg, I walked into the river, which had a very powerful current. Unable to fight it I promptly drowned again. Stupid beetle, it's all its fault! >:sad.gif:
The only question I have is: HOW IN THE HELL OF IT DO YOU MAKE AN ASCII GAME SO FRIKKIN' FUN!?!?!?!
