Added a simple, but rewarding obstacle course above town. A chest waits at the end and will occasionally be filled with new treasures. Master the obstacle course to get easy loot. Also there is a chest behind bars in town that nobody has been able to open yet.

We are looking for a dozen or so new players to help test out the server as well as get a player base established that can assist in helping the new players join when we fully release the server.
Rules: The only rule we expect players to adhere to is to not cheat. I guess I need to get specific so don't x-ray, hack, or dupe. Other than that you can say whatever you want, do whatever you want, and kill whoever you want.
The Server: Here at Consto we are striving to create a server where it's players can socialize and live alongside each other. To that end we have NO land protection or LWC outside of towns as of right now. At some point in the future we will allow veterans of the server the ability to purchase protected land and LWC outside of town. There is NO teleporting or /home or /spawn command. If you want to be somewhere safe where you can store your fat loot then you will need to rent a house or apartment in town. There are several to choose from and all you need to do is gather enough resources and convert them to money via our handy sign shops and pay rent for your desired apartment. You can pay rent one week in advance, this helps to keep track of inactive players and provide new players with access to housing. At this early point in the server's life we have one town but as we need to expand we will add more at different locations adding the need to travel and transport goods. We are also in the process of adding several PVE and Cooperative plugins. We also have a mumble server which players are welcome to use. Nearly everyone who logs onto the server is on mumble. We will also be providing players with the ability to purchase private mumble rooms in the future.
Economy: The main ways to make money are through gold ingots and lapis blocks, but you can also sell various items from mobs. There are also rare materials placed throughout the world that are worth seeking out. In town you can buy everything that you can sell, for an increased price of course, as well as repair weapons and armor.
Administration: The server is moderated by Indridmacready, Slimnim, Captaindemm, and Silk_Doom. If you have a question or need help contact one of them. The server is hosted in Texas and currently has a 15 slot limit which we will upgrade as needed.
The Town: We have creeper explosions, endermen griefing, pvp damage, and build rights turned off in town. At this point there are 23 different places that players can rent in town. As is needed we will expand and add new towns. When you rent a home you will get a locked door that only you have access to. Inside you will have a varying amount of chests, furnaces, and room. Nothing inside will be LWC protected, therefore it is up to you to keep your door shut. IF YOUR ITEMS ARE STOLEN BECAUSE YOU LEFT YOUR DOOR OPEN AND YOU CAN'T PROVE WHO STOLE IT THEN YOU ARE SOL. If someone attempts to rush in to your house while you are coming or going and you can provide screenshots or video of them doing so then you might have a case. More expensive apartment complexes will have multiple doors to get inside, which tenants will have access to of course. The world right now has a square border that has a radius of 1500 blocks from the center of town. Right now we feel that it is plenty of space for people to mine and explore, we will expand as needed.
Application: Remember if you're applying now then you are applying to join the early version of our server that is still in need of testing and adjustments. You are going to be expected to help address issues occasionally as well as have early access to our world. The app will be simple. Just tell us your IGN, your age, and why you want to join. After you are done filling out that information paste the following sentence into your app. I understand the rules of this server, and I am aware that I am gaining early access to it, and it is a work in progress.
