“THE DAY”
When I woke up we were ziptied, in a train that was derailed, turned on its side. Richard was still out cold, laying on the train’s floor that was once the wall. I got up, using the box I was laying to lay my tied hands on and push myself up. I looked around for something to cut my ties, and I ended up using some broken glass on the floor, near the wall that was once the floor. Once I was free, I checked my holster. My weapon was gone.
Of course, I thought. I checked my watch. 4:50. I looked for an escape route. The only opening that was accessible was a hole in the ceiling. I grabbed a box, pushed it over to the opening, and jumped up to the top of the train. Scattered cargo boxes, twisted seats, and dead rebels dotted the field that the train stopped in. Small fires were around everywhere. It looked as though the rebels were attacked, and lost. Just then I heard Richard moaning from down in the train.
“Ugh.. what happened..?”
“Seems as though the rebels attacked.” I jumped back down to Richard to help him get up and out. Once we were both on top of the train, we tried to figure out where we were. I checked my pocket again to see if my phone was in my pocket. It was! I pulled it out in excitement only to realize it was broken, due to the train being derailed. Richard checked his radio, and got static.
“Damn,” Richard muttered. “Looks like we are alone for now.”
“Yeah,” I replied. Just then I spotted what looked like some sort of tower, about two or three miles up ahead. “Tower up there, Richard.” I pointed it out to him.
“Looks like it,” he said, “Maybe a town. Someone who knows where the hell we are.”
“Let’s get to it, then,” I concluded, as we started our two mile walk to the tower, using the train tracks as a guide.
“What do you think happened to the rebels?” Richard asked.
“Don’t know, don’t care. What I do care about is where we are and how we ended up here.”
“Well, how do you suppose we got here?”
“Might have been attacked by another rebel group.. I honestly don’t know. We don’t know how far out we are.” Even though I said that, if it’s 4:50; or, when I checked now, 4:58; we could be out 400, 500. miles.
“Well, hopefully we find out when we get to this town.”
We figured out the rebels weren’t the only ones attacked. When we got to the town, the entire place was raided. The town members, maybe about 200 or so, were all dead or missing. Dead bodies lie in the streets and in houses and buildings. When we entered the police station, we discovered the town’s name, location, and population.
“Norvelt. The town of Norvelt,” Richard revealed. “Population 300.”
“That’s more than what we see out there in the streets,” I said.
“Good, that might mean that some of the town got away. Hmm.. they say the town is in Hidden Valley..”
“I’ve heard Anderson talk about Hidden Valley before.. says he’s from one of these towns..”
“Well, here’s a map. From what we can see here, we are probably about 550 miles northwest from New Alexandria.”
“Well then, looks like we’ve got some walking to do to get back to New Alexandria.. let’s check the rest of the town,” I said. Richard agrees, and we walk out. As I exit the police station, I check my watch.
“6:25,” I tell Richard. “I don’t think we’ll be getting back to New Alexandria for a while.”
As we enter Town Hall, things seem different, like a struggle – no, a battle – has taken place inside. Guns lie everywhere next to dead bodies, all of different colors. Some look like the local police, some look like army or milita. As Richard shuffles near dead bodies, he stumbles and almost falls on a mercenary officer.
“What the hell?!” Richard says. He examines the body. “It’s a mercenary. I can tell by his armor. Might be the people that took down the rebels back at the train.” I come over to take a look.
“Yeah, it does look a lot like a mercenary.” I crouch down to check if the guy has any ID. In his pockets is an ID card. I stand back up and read it aloud.
“Corporal Alan Wesley. Jekyll Squadron.” I look down to the bottom. “This is a Chimera soldier.”
“Chimera..?! I thought they were just a myth,” Richard says, surprised.
“Yeah, they do sound a lot like one.”

1. I must be promoted to moderator or higher upon starting the project. (To kick/ban mongs)
2. I must be the main director of the project. (Mods/Admins/Ops (and whoever I choose/whoever the staff chooses) would be the secondary directors. (AKA: Whatever I say (in relations to the project or anything related) goes, and whatever the staff says (in relation to project or relative) usually goes.
3. No one is allowed to go on creative for any reason, or spawn in items using spawners, mods, or using the "/item" method.
4. In relations to the project, I can overrule the staff on decisions related to the project, and the staff may not boot/kick/ban me from the server unless I break one of the official rules of the server, not because I overruled them about making something on the project.
5. A server slot limit must be at or above 20. 50 or more is recommended.
6. I must be able to broadcast the event to my youtube channel, mackjr1234 - YouTube. (Who wouldn't want their server televised?)
