Bats as a new mob, spawn and hung from trees, if you get close they will get off and fly after you to you better shoot arrows and hack away with a sword. they can also spawn in caves as some bats do live in caves.
well i think there should be a rake as a craftable tool. it can be used to collect leaves from trees so you can place them to use as bushes in your world. it can be like this

I'd prefer it if every 20 minutes counted as a "game day" because you could go onto a multiplayer at sunrise, get a day, log off, play single, then go back on at sunrise.
