I know this is totally out of season, but I got this idea after a spruce tree I planted grew into a PERFECT Christmas-tree shape: What if we could actually decorate trees in minecraft with... say when 1.17 comes out, amethyst shards, candles. I tried first off hanging a lantern from leaves, but I'm too new to the game: that doesn't work. What does everyone else think? what are some cool blocks that could be used right now for Christmas tree decorating? What would be neat things to see added to MC for it in the future? Do you know any packs/mods that help with this, or have any tips for it? Super excited about this idea!
