new mechanics, advanced and custom enchants by random books and via

Hello! My name is Grace, and I am the Owner of Ascenet- a just made bungeecord server. I am planning on implementing Survival as the first gamemode being brought into Ascenet. I will need Builders to build a lobby for me, and Developers to help install plugins and bring forth their own. Builder Requirements
-Must be at least 12 years of age.
-Must be able to show me your builds.
-Must be able to hop on the server at least twice a week.
-Must be able to interview; If you do not have a microphone you will be declined.
Developer Requirements
-Must be at least 14 years of age.
-Must have evidence you were a developer on other servers.
-Must be able to join the server when you are available and if I need you.

There's a way to reload chunks using F3+A. another way is to decrease the amount of ram you use for Minecraft. let me know if you still have trouble. also decreasing beautification settings helps.
I can build asian-looking structures (If you mean like cherry trees and those other things I can do that) and other styles. I am available a few hours per day, even more on weekends.
