Hi, I'd like to request a skin which is a little bit involved. If you'd like to give yourself a challenge, then here it is :).



I'd like a skin based on the blue-clothed figure in the painting.





That may be a little hard to make out details in, so i'm just going to list a couple of the details I'd like to keep.

There should be a studded baldric which can be taken on and off with the new 1.8 layers, as well as the helmet, which should be plumed with blue and have a bronzish-gold colour. The chestplate should be a similar colour and have a silver-plated belt around the middle, and on the side of the skin if there could be a sheath or some sort of scabbard that would be really cool. At the waist there should be an armoured skirt and there should be greaves of the same bronzeish gold colour too. Finally, it'd be really cool if you continued the blue colour scheme throughout to make the skin a bit more interesting!

Previous Experience [Provide Proof]: I'm an experienced builder and have been playing and building on Minecraft since late alpha. I've not partaken in any large collaborative works recently but I am always improving my skills and learning new building techniques, and have built up a large repertoire of detailing and decorating techniques. I specialize in adding depth and interest to smaller builds, and interior design within buildings. However, I am a slow builder when it comes to large buildings due to my attention to detail in builds. Due to this, I work best as a supplementary builder who cleans up after a build is already designed or as a part of a larger team. I don't have any experience with World Edit and Terraforming.

I don't usually take screenshots of works unless I intend to use them as a reference for the next stage of building, or have tested the style and palette in creative mode and intend to use them in survival. To that end, most of these are still incomplete builds as I take the screenshots, but I hope they are complete enough for an idea of my skills.

Reasons For Applying: I'd like somewhere to flex my creative muscles, but on my own it's very hard to create any large projects due to my slow building speed. I function well on a team, so as a supplementary builder I should be able to provide a lot of help with detail and decoration.

Are you still working from the old list? i want to know whether I should post again, because it seems like you are working from the new requests only. I don't mean any offence, I just want to know whether re-posting is a good idea.

Brilliance! However, I do have one suggestion. Maybe you could make the fishing rod a little more useful for its cost? Honestly, it doesnt help much more because fishing is random and not fixed anyway. Maybe like an auto-fish so you dont have to time it correctly? Thats always been my number one peeve with fishing.

Also, more ideas. What about extended paintings where you could select the painting you wanted in an interface?

Swervish, I read about your intention to build the 'Kingdom' sort of thing with forges, villages and more. Maybe you could run a server or join on and then you would be able to have other people interact with it. It might end up a bit big for WorldGuard, but if you back up often and also only allow trusted visitors to build or place blocks, you could easily make an amazing server.

rozen, have you abandoned this thread? its best for us to know whether you will do the skin or not so we know whether to ask somewhere else or not.

If there isnt enough detail of the uniform, this is another pic, but it is the female uniform. If you could modify it please. Could you also add a sword strapped to the back if possible?

If you're interested its from the manga Shinjeki no Kyojin which is REALLY REALLY COOL and my favorite ever(with some exceptions)

Perhaps Pokemunn is just overloaded by the real world at the moment, I think the best thing we can do is give him some time to work with and undoubtedly he will present with awesome skins.
