erLet me start off by saying that I am not a fan of Apple. I prefer Windows and Android.
Now, the past few days I have been noticing that people state that they prefer Apple over other companies in this forum.
There are a bunch of rude replies "OSX sucks" "iPhone sucks"
Now I do agree that they both suck and their competitors are much better, but if they have a legit reason (i.e they're dumb or their landlord doesn't allow Windows PCs or whatever the hell) then they have the right to a Mac.
Granted, if a PC can do everything that they need it to do and they buy a Mac for twice the price, then they should be screamed at for being stupid.
pretty much, though technically your correct that its not even a remotely good choice, i'd rather have quality then a roaring flame breathing thing in my desk
we also need a comedic mac photo of some sort for entertainment purposes, may i suggest the shaving with a bowling pin?
although it doesn't quite rectify enough how bad Apple is. (correct word? rectify?)
Well, I just did. Don't think you'd go to a high paying job interview and having your application and CV filled with bad spelling and grammar, would you?
So by posting on the forums I'm applying for a high-paying job?
Leave him alone, it's still readable.
if it were like "I wuntz teh newz cumuter nd I haz 13 double zeero to du it" then I would agree.
i think AHCI is for SSDs as well, though it does help the normal HDD perform better due to the way it moves the heads across the platters, an easy way to do it as well when you reinstall is to just unplug the SATA cable from the HDD, and then after the OS is installed format it then, that way there is no chance the OS can go on the HDD
Yeah that's what im talking about. I lock my iphone and have bluetooth off and airplane mode on. I always quit out of applications and I still get 20 hrs battery. Maybe my iphone's battery is just dying, but still, that's a major jump for what i'm used to :biggrin.gif:
Woah, that's quite bad.
My iPod Touch 4th gen lasts about 250 hrs on lock with everything off.

Expect about 50 hrs of Terraria and 200 hrs of cod to be added to group stats.

All I'm saying is cool off a little.

And I think he tried to buy it maybe to resell later at a higher price, or for another build, or just cause it was an awesome price.

But are you willing to assemble it yourself or must it be prebuilt?

However you quoted a post about grammar and being sure youre buying the computer...
Anyway, I got what you meant to say, drop the topic.
But yeah RAM =/= performance.
These days the main factor in gamin performance is the GPU.

If you don't know what you're talking about much less what you understand please leave.

Build*
But yes, with $1500 you can build (and I guess buy if you're not comfortable with building) a new PC that will run any game out there.

It is not.
Highest quality game you can play on full settings on it is MW3. Even that not full settings
BF3 will have to be toned down to about medium to be playable.

AHCI is for SSDs as well.
Before AHCI: 83Mb/s
After AHCI: 250Mb/s

That is a decent laptop for what you need it for.
However no BF3 on it, of course.
