Try getting the replacement one from the wall. It has WAY more in it.
This map would have nothing to do with that other than the fact it might put your computer under some strain. Sorry but I don't know why you would be getting that error.
I don't get it, but I've only ever seen this happen while playing this map. I stopped playing it and the errors completely stopped. It's entirely possible that I have some error that's only being triggered by it, but I have no idea what it would be.
I'm not positive that this is actually related to the map and not just a problem with my computer in general, but I've only had this issue while dealing with the map, so I'm going to post it and see if anyone knows what's going on. It's not an issue I've seen before, but, twice today while playing this map, I have encountered a blue screen of death for "reference by pointer." Is this something that the map could be causing? If not, does anyone know what causes that kind of error (and what I should be checking to fix it)?
Yeah, I still have the transaction info, so it should just be a matter of waiting for a reply. I agree that it would be nice for them to get a team working on this stuff (How rich has Notch gotten? a million sales is something like 20 million dollars? I think he can afford to pay some people 8 bucks an hour to help people out)
Well I dont know if this has anything to do with the problem but it seems to me like the website isn't connecting to the database as it states:

So maybe just wait a bit after your email has sent, (I'm not having problems at the moment but it may be a database error).

Yes, security IS in my hands, which is why I never gave out any of my account info and don't even have the password on THIS FORUM that I had for that account. That said, some of the security is his responsibility, since if someone hacked into his stuff, they could get the info that way to. I'm not saying that is what happened, but something happened and all I'm asking for is a little help. Given that I still have the receipt and can show that I am the one who paid for the account, I don't think it's really that much to ask that it be returned to me.
This seems like a major security flaw. Having a "**** you" perspective on helping people whose accounts are stolen is crap. This actually just encourages people to steal them, since Alpha accounts are now worth so much (knowing you'll get all the updates free is nice, isn't it?). Where would you even put in tickets anyway? I didn't know there was somewhere for that or I'd probably have tried there first.
Problem, I'm thinking my email may have been changed on it too. It's telling me "Couldn't find that user." How would I get in contact with someone about this? I think my account may have been stolen.
I know I have the right password, since they both save it. It's kind of hard to mess up the password when it works once, and then (after letting a couple updates go by before getting back to the game) not.
I have an account. I've had one for quite some time, and have never had issues like this. While it was in alpha, I had no problems signing in to either the game or the website, yet now it won't let me sign in to either. It acts like I don't have an account anymore, but I should. What's going on here and how do I fix this?

I actually do have a bit of a hankering to make some (more) dinosaur inspired creatures. We'll see what happens!
