It's 1.15.2, and they can't stand on the beds. Is it important to have to workstations on the foot level?

Hello, I just had a question about my iron farm. I've built this design in other worlds and it's worked perfectly. However, this time, it's hardly working and I get very little iron golem spawns. I was wondering what I've done wrong.
I've made sure that the villagers are sleeping in the right beds, there's three villagers in each cell and they have direct eyesight to the zombie, yet hardly and golems spawn. Any ideas are appreciated.

I'm playing on 1.15.2 and I built a villager breeder (to get villagers for an iron farm). At first it was working, villagers were spawning and I was able to take them away to another spot, I realized that villagers stopped spawning because the spot I was bringing them too wasn't far enough away. So I killed all the villagers that were not inside the farm.
But then realized no more villagers were spawning. I tried destroying all beds near the farm but not the ones inside and nothing spawned (the breeder is in the spawn chunks so it should be spawning them even when I'm offline). I changed more villagers to farmers to make sure their inventories had enough food, and now all of their inventories are full and the breeder has wheat on the ground.
I have no idea what's wrong with it now, any ideas?
In the picture attached there are beds in the background, and I have tried removing them but it hasn't changed anything.

Hello, I'm playing on 1.14.1 as of now and I've been noticing this happening almost all the time. Whenever I place a block, I get a massive but very brief, frame drop. Any ideas on how to fix this would be great. There's a YouTube link below which shows the problem.

Hello, I've recently encountered this weird rendering abnormality. See picture attached. I'm not exactly sure what's causing this. I use Optifine with Minecraft and I don't know if that's involved with the issue and it's simply a setting that needs to be adjusted. The issue is sometimes faint but in some other cases more noticeable, either way, it bugs me. In the image if you look closely there are whiteish lines between blocks, the issue happens in multiple different scenarios not just in the image shown. Below I will also list my computer specs.
Core i7 7th Gen
16gb DDR4 Memory
I'm not sure if any other specs are significant in this case.
