A very short video explaining how to add attributes to items
In snapshot 13w21a Mojang introduced the new attributed system. This will change the way damage, potions and custom maps work. This essentially makes it so custom attributes can be applied to items. So armor, weapons, or any item can give the player an effect.
This tutorial show how to apply effects to items using NBT data, but before you can start you will need this schematic.

My world is beginning slowly to be colder!! The water freezes 
My world should be warm without ice on the water... I just went down for mining diamonds in my mine for like 1 day (irl). I got really mad 
because all my farming machine water are freezing all the time.

How to install:
1. Download the texturepack here
2. Open Minecraft and login
3. Go to "Options>Resource Packs>Open resource packs folder"
4. Drag the .zip file into the folder
5. Choose the Resource pack
6. You are done
