If you are having issues with it, I have posted before with the info but here it is again. Make a ticket in-game saying you would like to move to the new chest system and that will resolve your issue.

You were not banned for accessing someone else's account. You were banned for doing things that were unauthorized by the account owner. You took nearly all of his money, you went into Prestige and then quit Prestige so that he'd no longer be a Citizen, took his items, etc. We are not going to sit back and watch players on our server have everything they worked for taken from underneath them. Also, the player never gave YOU the information, so you weren't authorized to be on the account to begin with. (That proof picture you gave me only proved that you weren't authorized on the account whatsoever.)
The reason I stated all of the facts on this ban is because I am tired of people being banned for things then never telling the full story. Mark and I get blamed for far too much than we should. You chose those actions, we're choosing to protect our players.
The same thing happened to both of my accounts. The person gave me his account information and it is not stated in the rules or TOS that it is bannable. Perhaps you guys need to update your rules instead of banning players when the rules aren't even listed.
Hi, I am currently looking for a few server hosts that you guys have used and would recommend to me. I have used Beastnode and currently looking at Mcprohosting. I would prefer the server to have 1GB of RAM, FTP access to server files, and free mySQL databases. If you guys would like to recommend some good server hosts I would greatly appreciate it! Server hosts may also advertise their service and try to persuade me :P.
To my knowledge there are 2 empty clan plots and at least 1 BM shop because Sanstor has been inactive for so long.

I would like an explanation as to why my account was banned for "Malicious Use". You guys were "investigating" my account and I didn't get a single explanation. I would appreciate it if one of you (Mark or Starzy) explained what I did wrong.
I find this really unprofessional, I have been banned for "Account Investigation" and I have made a ban appeal about 5 days ago and have still not heard back from either Mark or Starzy. I am not sure how many accounts you have to go through since this is a really big server. I would greatly appreciate it if you guys at least gave me some information as to why I was banned. I have reposted my ban appeal twice and they seem to be ignored.
