So I encountered the unnnerving music disc known as "11" in Minecraft the other day. I've heard it before, but it doesn't make hearing it in-game any less creepy. So I decided to make a music video/visualization/whatever of it. If Track 11 had a video to it, I'd think it look like this:
I tried to steer clear of Herobrine, because nearly EVERY SINGLE VIDEO about Track 11 involves him somehow and I wanted to do something different. I tried to sync the video the best I could and I learned a lot about editing in the process. I hope you enjoy!
When it comes to recording Fraps, I always compress the files with Prism Video File Converter. It's only for a one week trial, but if you uninstall then reinstall it, it should work fine. Typically, you can compress a video file to less than a tenth of its size. I suggest compressing to mp4, but experiment with other files sizes is alright.
orry, I didn't even see you replied! You should do part 5, since 7 is already taken, so could you do that one?
I'll be glad too! Message me soon on details please!
Also, I have a little sister that might be able to do a female role (perhaps number 1). She's 15 and has some acting experience as well (not much, but it's more than me). One of her concerns is that she'd have to do a British accent and she doesn't want it to sound fake.
If you want to take this conversation further, we could private message maybe? Or on this forum. I'd love to hear from you soon!
Voice Sample (and yes, I can adjust my voice): Also, the video is seven months old (recorded when I was 15). I have a more professional microphone and even a soundboard plus some basic Audacity skills, if that helps.
Okay, so about a year ago I bought a Windows 8 laptop (big mistake, I should've stuck to Windows 7). I find Windows 8 kinda annoying and hard to navigate. Once Windows 8.1 came around, I thought, "Oh boy, the answers to all my problems!"
...I was really, really wrong. Once I installed it, I found my computer to be running much more slower, glitch-ier, and I didn't like the update at all (the only redeemable quality was the addition of a windows menu button on the taskbar). I went through a very long process, where I basically had to reset it to its factory settings. I didn't lose any files, but I had to reinstall nearly ALL OF MY PROGRAMS. But I was glad, because it ran faster.
Now, I'm getting Windows 8.1 messages since about yesterday. My PC has been warning me it's going to restart soon and install Windows 8.1...it must've been some automatic update thing, but hey! I don't want to install Windows 8.1! I like my computer the way it is!
Today, I got a message saying it was installing today, and I could postpone it for 4 hours. It's like a death clock. I think there's a way to stop it--I've already go onto Task Manager and shut down some of the Windows update services (come to think of it, I think I just made the problem worse). Is there anyway I can avoid this?
PS: some technical details: My computer is an HP laptop, with a 4GB processor, 64-bit operating system, I think it's model Pavilion G6. I'm no tech geek, if you get what I mean.
So, I was on a private 1.7.1 server, completely alone. I was in my house, and I took some iron ingots and a few sticks out of some chests to craft an iron sword downstairs. I did so, but then my internet briefly crashed, and the server timed out. The internet when back up in a couple seconds, and then I logged back onto the server...
I had all my previous items, except the iron sword wasn't crafted yet, but I still had my sticks and ingots. I turned around...and there, right over the crafting table, was me...or my "doppelganger" as I'll call it. My doppelganger wasn't moving, only staring in the wrong direction.
So, I punched my doppelganger to death, and then it died. I was told "DavidHScott left the game" in the chat, and it(?) dropped an iron sword.
To me, it felt like borderline creepypasta material, but how exactly did this happen? Did the server somehow make two copies by me by accident? How did this happen?
I'd agree bats are useless. I mean, can't they at least give experience or drop something? Then they'd be useful. Like, a one out of a thousand chance to drop some special potion.
I went to Five Guys with some friends. It was really tasty--the only complaint I have is that they dump everything into these giant bags. Like, they put the french fries in a soda cup. Weird, but you can get around it.
Okay, basically: what's your favorite aspect of Minecraft? What's your least favorite aspect? Try to keep it oriented around gameplay, objects, mobs, new updates, etc. Technical issues don't count.
Favorite: Villages. I love 'em. Like how you get to defend them from zombies, villager babies, all the variety of houses, how you can farm stuff and how villagers will replant them. And don't forget the blacksmith!
Worst: Really weird enchanting system, I guess. And I hate it when it's impossible to find a nether fortress or you get hungry quickly from sprinting. But I guess it's all supposed to add difficulty to the game.

Wait, do you need voice actors or body actors?

Can I private message you my info? I'm thinking about applying for a voice acting position.
