I have my own server and have been staff on plenty of servers. I can build to the point where it's passable, but not great, or amazing... So I could build, but I couldn't start on my own due to the lack of my creativeness >.<. Now, my server is mostly-- or I guess I should say always down now because I have no use for it, but if I brought it up, I wouldn't be able to show you some of the things that have been built there because my map got corrupted..

I know what it's like to own/co-own a server, it's really hard, considering the players can be annoying, not enough help from staff members, etc. The area I work in best is permissions. I'm not really good at building, but I can help build if I get the idea...
Experience (details): I have experience with Essentials, the Prison plugin, the Kraken plugin, Cinema plugin, Chairs, Kits, WorldGuard, WorldEdit, uSkyBlock. Staff experience: I'm co-owner on 5 servers.I'm not headadmin on any servers, admin on 1, not headmod on any, and mod on 1.

{Moderator/Admin} If someone is constantly swearing what do you do?: I tell them to stop, if it happens again, I kick, if it happens once more I tempban for atleast 7 days, then if again it's perm ban.
{Moderator/Admin} If two or more people are fighting/flaming/arguing and its starting to affect others experience on the server, what do you do? I tell them to stop, I will ask what they are fighting about, if they don't stop, I will have to kick, then if again I will tempban both players, and then if once more, I will permanently ban those 2/more players.
