About The Server:
In case you don't know, an Survival Mulitplayer server, also known as an SMP, is a pure survival based server with no creative used. We pride ourselves in our builds and through this maintain an amazing community aspect. Our server is very new, and currently has nothing build but the spawn. I myself haven't even stated on a house yet because i was grabbing resources for the spawn all day.
Our server has only a few plugins installed, and these are to make the server playtime more enjoyable. None of these take away from the original minecraft survival aspect. Our world is fully custom, with amazing biomes to explore. There are also multiple new structures with valuable loot so don't miss out! We also have a custom rank system based on time, so hop on and see where you go!
What we are looking for:
We are a small community, and we are currently looking for dedicated players with exemplary character. There is no greifing allowed on our server so we are searching for the warmhearted players that are the ones who purely love to play. What do you bring to our community?: I bring volunteering in any group projects and assistance where it is needed. If I were to join the server I would really focus on interaction with other people when possible

How much time per day/per week will you play on the server?: I can't put a definite schedule, but I will login and do things when I am availabe. I am usually free during weekends and fridays, so i can dedicate a few hours for each of those days.
Have you ever been banned/removed from a server, and if so, why?: I have been removed from a server for inactivity honestly. But that was due to me being unable to access the internet due to moving issues
Will you be able to help pay for the server?: Sadly no, but if you don't accept me for this reason i totally understand

Redstone: 4.5 (i'm pretty ok and i can copy concepts but i cant make my own redstone contraptions just yet)
Building: 8 ( I'm really patient with gathering materials and I like calculating how much i would need before gathering)
Farming (automated/mob/crops): Ive been working on an enderman farm and my only problem is i repeatedly fall into the void so yeah
Mining: 10/10 I can mine a lot and am willing to spend a lot of time on mining to get good tools
Pranking: 4/10 I'm not really good at pranking and i dont like griefing, maybe i will think of a few creative concepts here and there if i ever get in.
Teamwork: 6/10 I really dont feel selfish with what I can contribute and I want to help people out just for the heck of it. I am a bit awkward to talk to I guess so i gave myself a 6

How much time per day/per week will you play on the server?: It depends. In a normal week I can play 1-2 hour a day, but when I am having an exam I might not be able to play.

Skype (Mandatory): I do have a skype, and for some reason it usually doesn't work but it should be TheAllegedGamer. Also, between family policy and a broken microphone, I am not allowed to do calls. I can of course join a group chat and message.
What can you bring to the server?: Within MC, and during my very long playtime, i have developed many skills that should be profitable to any server. First, i am a decent builder that can make some pretty amazing structures. I am also a decent GFX artist, although i can't do anything too fancy. I am very good at configing and choosing the right plugins to get the job done, for i have run and managed many servers in the past. I also have a very good knowledge of MC gameplay, and this is always important when the server starts picking up and many people are interested in how the server works. I have a very good memory, and I am eager to learn, and share my abilities with other players. I am also familiar with many plugins and their commands that are on many servers, and i pride myself as being very good with World Edit. I also have a few tricks up my sleeve in regards to Group Manager, PEX, Multiverse, World Guard, And many others. I am very hardworking, and I am willing to dedicate my time to the server. I have a very wide skillset and I believe that I would be valuable to any server. I love Minecraft, and I am very interested in this new idea that i heard from that application above, and if it is anything that will boost the already great experience of this game that I know and love, i would be greatly appreciative to be apart of the team that works to get this idea out to the world.
How can you handle stressful situations?: I can handle stressful situations because I am quick on my feet and i can resolve problems fast. I enjoy situations that challenge me and push me not only to be a better minecraft player, but also a better person in real life. I have a lot of practice with servers and I have developed the skill to not overreact when the going gets tough. Inevitably, there will always be a situation like this though and I am ready to take it on head first.
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?: I keep myself from getting frusturated at the players because I know what it is like to be them. I love the game of minecraft, and I know that all of the players on the server are there to have a good time. I love to play prison servers and I have experience with horrible staff on such servers that make playing there a disaster, from banning for random reasons to swearing at random players who are just hoping to have a good time. From this experience, i have made it my personal goal with any server to keep my cool and maintain a friendly environment for all who wish to play on the server.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old): On a scale of 1 to 10, i would rate my maturity as an 8. I envision a 10 as a hard nosed leader whose only goal is to be productive, such as the generic angry boss from many a TV show. I feel like anyone who is like this could never be a useful asset to a server because they never take time to get to know the people that work around them and only push for productivity. In regards to this, I strive to be as productive as I can be, but I always enjoy the occasional prank and then team bonding of fun activities. I love to have funny conversations with those who work around me, but ultimately my goal is to get work done and accomplish the tasks at hand.
Why should you be a moderator over a helper (3-5 sentences): I believe that I should be a moderator over a helper because i really do not see the point in a helper as of now. I know that the helper is known as the "playing staff" and moderator also fits into this category. I hope that by being a moderator, i can in some ways break from this stereotype and allow you to utilize the wide skill set that i have. I believe that the only way that I will ever be able to help improve this server is if I start as mod and so i can slowly but surely help craft this server in the way that you, the owners, shall choose.
