The IP doesn't work! WTF?
How do I get it to work!?!?!?
If you're going to use your IP (a non-hamachi IP) for your server, you'll have to port forward. I suggest YouTube, plenty of people have made tutorials for setting up, and port forwarding a server.
I know there are plenty of mods for vanilla servers but I don't know exactly which. People tend to make bukkit plugins because they're easyer to install, so I'd recommend making a bukkit server if you can.
If you're like me, and like to program random Java junk over the weekends, then you may be asking yourself "I wish I could make a custom icon for my jar, that way I don't have to stare at that stupid coffee cup!"
This video shows you how to do that! (technically) What we're really doing is just making a shortcut for the .jar, and then making a custom icon for that shortcut.

3) Nobody will sit through and watch an hour video. Sorry if that kills your HDD, but that's just the facts. 10-15 minutes are dandy. 10 are preferred. You can exploit this by playing for a few hours, editing it all and splitting the segments and then uploading it at a regular rate. Then you don't have to play for awhile, and you can do other things.

Seriousy theres like fifty thoughsand "survival maps" that are almost identical to skyblock. If your gona make a survival map put some effort into it. At least take a map and add objectives, scenery, dungeons, ect. Btw why is there Ice when its an island in the ocean? XD you dont really need it

Well I'm not much of a plugin guy, but I got a funny newb admin story (and hopefuly you might learn from it).
So my friend was playing on this server. After about a day (minecraft day) he was caught x-raying cause he had a full set of diamond armor. Then, the admins sent him to jail but then he just did /home and escaped jail. :laugh.gif:
Lesson learned: 1) Get anti-cheat plugins. 2) Disable /home for those who are in jail (if you have one).
That would be awesome for some live coverage! I live on the west coast, not to far from Vegas, but i'm only 13. And I doubt my parents would want to go to Vegas just so I can get more adicted to Minecraft. So, if you have a lot of spare change, donate to me $750! That should pay the plane ticket and hotel.

/home yes and some others like /spawn and /setspawn, /tp is already included in the vanilla minecraft_server.jar
