So i was thinking, the "Ender" doesn't look like its floating, and it doesn't look very dreamy/happy, so what if its NOT the skylands, and what if its NOT the dreamworld notch has talked about? well here's my theory:
1. Endermen will be relocated here, and they will not spawn in the Overworld. why? beacuse i don't think the air portal is how you get to the Ender, i think the enderpearl+slimeball+blaze powder= reapaired air portal is an EXTREMELY sneaky way of adding a progression feeling.
2. I DON'T think the air portal will go to the "Ender" i think this realm will have its own portal, and the Air portal will lead to the dreamworld or skylands, Why? think about it, a dream world would be kinda like an endgame final goal to get to, and if you have a thinker tinker mind like me you realize if the air portal was the way to get there, yo would need to have found a slime, so spent some time in the overworld, gone to the nether and found a blaze, so have spent some time in the nether, and gone to the ender and killed some endermen! only after all that could you finally get to the skylands/dreamworld/paradise! makes sence! think about it
if the air portal becomes a way to win, you wont win like that, you will teleport to a boss room somewhere, in which you will battle herobrine to the death (he is REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!)
but even after that there wont be big yellow letters, or any letters for that matter, you will probally go back to the overworld or to notch's dream land (yea its a dream land, or at least he said it would be a few months ago) where you will frolack with puff the magic dragon (if you get that reference you win at life)
i happen to have a booming farm on a mountain with 5 chicken 4 cows and 3 sheep, all there is is a cooldown, since i only brought up 2 chickens 2 cows 2 sheep and 8 creeepers
i beleave the TABLE should be craftable, but the BOOK should be in stonghold libraries/boss drops, so you can have the table in your house always daunting you to go exploring for a stronghold (personaly it would drive me insane to see that empty table, and i would be searching night and day till i found that damn book)
well if we had humans it would be no fun! it wouldnt be like o ok im not a lone survivor in the middle of no where, and everyone would live in villages, here they are wierd so its like hmm do i want to live with creepy people? or with the cows? il go with cows
They don't add anything to Minecraft, at all. I'm sorry you find them so endearing, but all I get from them is seeing them, enjoying them for like a few minutes, then saying, well how will that affect me? Not at all really, they're forgettable additions that are taking up a space that should've been reserved for a more useful addition to Minecraft.
they took 2 seconds, notch said he was bored, so he coded them in half an hour since the idea poped into his mind, and who knows? the villages could be AMAZING in 1.9, so just give em time
Yeah, I saw this. Was disappointed, as a lot of people were claiming they were placeholders (Including myself). So looks like just another released half-ass feature. They shouldn't call it Minecraft anymore, it should just be Minecraft. >_>
yea ever heard of something called a pre-release? its something where a company puts out some not finished features to improve them and fix bugs! :biggrin.gif:
