id also be willing to help, what kind of seed are you looking for, i would probably not do a full seed but probably around halpf of one,so that people could really spread out and hide, and then you could have the spawn area be kind of a time out area.... my random seed has some great mountain and forests and no desert so i think t would work pretty well. plus i know where quite a fw of the monster spawners are. ill post my seed id to this post as soon as i get the chance.
as of yet i havent figured out a method to sustain the note a note block makes. this does limit your creativity when it comes to making music. my solution is that if you stack a note block on top of an activated note block it will sustain for a set number of ticks/seconds... this is the best solution i could figure out and im open to suggestions...
you could always us obsidian as the core for your mountain and use TNT to erupt it...... or at least for the sound affect.... TNT drops once lit so maybe a piston pushes it into the lava then it lites and drops down a 1x1x6 obsidian shaft and boom. great eruption sound affect.
i had the same piston problem muffin. but the new patch is supposed to fix the piston bugs... as far as your problem goes renegade what you may be doing is inducing a loop that you dont intend, what i mean is maybe its creatting a repeator circuit that is then locking up due to the power cycle being too short. but im guessing its a gate glitch, ive had this happen a few times, and what ive noticed on a few occasions is that when i save and come back, some of my machines will have a glitched circuit. like a short. a gate will be stuck open. or a reapeter circuit will be fully powered and not cycling. its a weird glitch especially considering they were off before i saved.... could it be herobrine? lol. hopefully with the upcoming patches we will have some solid fixes for our mechanical failures....
will the piston fix for the xbox include mechanical fixes. ive noticed that when a sticky piston moves another sticky piston it leaves the object the first piston was holding behind( ive seen a few secret doors on the pc version that work but mine wont becuase of this). also they cant move treasure chests and cant open when an open piston is pushing them...
