Any game where the character isn`t introduced, but made.

    Oblivion, LCS, Minecraft, etc.

Also, Majora from Majora`s Mask. What a douchey deity.

I had an ulcer when I found out my Mining Endeavours were really close to my vault. I set off a tnt, and it blew up a nearby vault wall, sending a chest`s contents (my most valuable stuff) into the lava pits below.

And then my ulcer quickly went away when I genned a new world. The most best Natural Architecture I have seen.

posted a message on stone pressure plates and mobs
I'm pretty sure that 'non-affected' stone Pressure plates are for Unfilled minecarts.

The best and most efficient way to use pressure plates is to have one inside your door, so that you can open the door, run inside, and it will auto shut behind you.

    Hope this is of help.

And Iron doors are best used for complex locking mechanisms, and are harder to break down.

    Errrr....

Tampering with PS3 Hard Drives is never a good idea really.
HOWEVER, I know how to deal with YLOD's. They're very rare, and I've only ever had one occurrence, which I fixed myself. Look online for the real instructions,

but it involves taking out your YLOD'd Hard Drive, turning the ps3 on and off (unsure here), and putting the hard drive back in. That should fix it. It worked for me.

Of course, this is only one remedy, I'm not sure if it will work for you, but it's worth a try.

EDIT: Ah, found a link semi-relating to what i'm getting at, if it's any help.
you don't have to replace the hard drive.

My friend says hit detection in MAG is horrible, pfff.
    ********, it's actually MORE accurate.

Black Ops just doesn't have good servers. Or good server handling.
I can play through an online match completely fine, and last chance is pretty easy to circumvent.
Don't hope that they don't use it, find ways to work around it.
RC cars, get into an open area when you hear it.
    Claymores? Stop rushin'.

I swear people aren't that observant these days if they constantly die to the same strategies over and over. :Notch:

posted a message on Warcraft 3
The best games I've played on Battle.net are Transylvania, A werewolf 'Whoisit' genre, where peasants are scattered throughout the map, and make a town. During the day it's peaceful and villagers go about their buisness, being a farmer, hunter, fisherman, smuggler or whatever, then when night comes they go back to their camps and start setting up defenses. Usually the best Transylvania games come when the villagers are all close and the Werewolf is good at deception. The Villagers usually depend on each other for help, but those who can manage build up an army to take him down. It's pretty fun.

The Other, is usually LoaP, or other zombie games, or even another type of Whoisit.

posted a message on Whatever happend to APB?
the problem with APB was that they never tried anything ambitious, like storyline. They went with a questline model, which works for some people, but what they really need is a pseudo-questline. One which, instead of "go there, grab this", more like "Escort your friend to ____".

I'd be really interested in seeing player-driven missions. Someone puts up a notice, for free, on a notice board. Other people read it, then go to assist that player, sending them into a group. Then, when the objective chosen is complete, the Enforcers or Criminals take a hit to whatever assets they have, and all members of the group get a bonus, and get paid.

They also need to balance levels. Levels should only show experience within the game. Everything else should take the route of Black Ops and MAG. Weaponry and Equipment is bought, regardless of level when they get the cash/points.

Therefore, Players can specialize how they want straight from the start instead of being stuck with a crappy snub-nosed revolver.

Hopefully APB Reloaded will be 'finished' for lack of a better word.

I got into the Beta, and let me tell you, lots of things were broken. PvP missions included.

So i got Minecraft Beta the other day for Halloween and I got 10 diamonds and had a pretty decent house after tons of work. My Sister had the smart idea to play on my account. It worked out okay until I was watching her play earlier this morning. I see her go to the World Select, and delete a world for space. It was mine. I leapt to the computer and slapped her in the face to cancel it. to my disappointment, she had already deleted it. To add to it, the only saves I had were the ones where I had lost everything to a creeper blast or mining mishap.

posted a message on Crepers and a few questions about them
    @xakel

The best way to deal with Creepers in close quarters combat is to hit them when they get within your attack range, then back up. Don't wait for them to start hissing before you back up or hit them. Because usually by then they're halfway to blowing up already.

Your main goal is to prevent them from even hissing.
