Me and my wife downloaded this and the texture pack. I am running a generic straight from the minecraft website server. I start the server, we both log into it through multiplayer with our texture pack enabled and we are standing on a platform with strings in a criss cross pattern and can see buildings in the around us. Under the platform is some redstone and then just a superflat world.
It isn't bannable on your part no. He is angry it's natural. If someone did that to you you probobly wouldn't be to happy either.

Chase999 is threatening me (not a mod or anything) with a ban for digging a block out from underneath him and him falling in a hole and dying. Lost his diamond armor and is pretty upset.....is this bannable on my part?

I think what may have played a role in this was an argument I was having with Shinzido, or something like that. In which I was asking and talking about x-ray hackers, how to report them, needing video, etc. b/c I was x-ray hacked while smelting. Shinzido kept telling me to shut up, was very rude, and eventually Shinzido threatened me several times saying I was in for a surprise and eluding to me getting banned.
You would probably want to plead your case saying that you weren't advertizing, but were instead mentioning another server which carries a mute, and not a permanent ban.

Then was told if I can't to the time, don't do the crime. To which I responded the punishment should fit the crime. Mute sounds like a great option I was not given. Straight to ban.

I can't remember exactly how long, maybe it was ten minutes. I honestly didn't think anything of it and don't remember b/c I didn't know it was a rule, found out when I broke it, and stopped doing it. I mentioned it ONE time.
I think it is pretty clear I wasn't advertising intentionally, and when told I couldn't mention other servers...............stopped.
Do I sound like a person who will make this same mistake again. Even my appeals three pages ago don't make sense b/c I didn't know what rule I broke and got banned for. I thought the advert ban was a mistake and that I was banned for other reasons. Do I sound like a spammer secretly working for cityprison?
Anyone who can remove the ban going to weigh in on this?
I am going to post this again as I did not have all of the facts the first time I posted it. I apologize for not having those facts straight the first time I posted, I honestly did not know why I was banned. I now have spoken to epiclegacy who has reported me, saw the screen shot, and am now going to make a more appropriate unban request:

I think you mean Flamedragon08, the chat mod, which is my alt account. I am relatively sure I did not say that, and that I missed your advertizing altogether because of my computer problems... but hey, I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time I've said something I've completely forgotten about. AzureShadow did mention it to me, was that the mod you think warned you?

Tried this in both survival with cheats on and on a creative server.
Just cannot spawn a Giant. Searched everywhere for a specific answer to this, and apparently nobody is having any trouble spawning a Giant.
