Blue Men Mod!
This mod implements lots of different things, which are listed below!
Blue Man
Blue Block
Blue Biome
Blue Sword
Blue Apple
Blue Ingot
The Blue Man looks a lot like Herobrine, but is blue, has super speed, and attacks in packs of 2-5. He also deals two hearts, due to the fact that he has a tendency to gang bang you.

Yes, but the initial beginning of texture packs is made a lot more complicated.
Really, this update is just good for people who already made a texture pack earlier or who want to make the grass purple than it is for actually creating a texture pack.
