Hi, I have seen A LOT of outside game promotion, anything from Skyrim, Star Wars TOR, Diablo 3, WoW, Lego, Cobalt (almost understandable, Scrolls too), TF2, StarCraft 2, Rift, Terraria, Runes of Magic, My question is;
If this is a Minecraft forum, why the heck do we have advertisement blaring all over the front page almost every week, I don't post off topic information on this site, or at least try not to, so why do I have to put up with the Mods doing so?
To elaborate; I am barraged with advertisement and marketing IN EVERYTHING (hell I've seen writing inside of beer cans and bottle caps), and the one place I go to stick to being a fan boy of one product gets a slew of marketing all over the front page every week, depressing really.

I think Mojang should've focused more on setting up Minecraft more as, like, a game engine... something that entire new games can be based on, which they can license out (sort of like how many, many games use various versions of game engines like the Unreal Engine and Source), rather than implementing new features into the core game.
Just looking at all the work modders are doing, I think it's fair to say that modders will be able to add things players want to the game faster than Mojang can, and without following a single route (enchanting doesn't do much if you wanted to, say, make a cyberpunk style Minecraft or a "virtual reality" Minecraft.)
That said, Minecraft is still a brilliant game and it's been more than worth my $20. Congratulations, Mojang!
does not change the fact that no one has as much focus as Mojang when it comes to their bread winner, someone may be able to factory output plenty of content, but it will all be weird and have a "slapped together" a bunch of mods feel to it, the direction will never be held constant and there will be countless mod packs that will take years of sifting through community efforts in order to piece together exactly what you want, not to mention compatibility integration on such a massive scale would be absurd, so all in all, no thanks.
and whats with all the trolling over DLC? you guys need to stop worrying, if you think you are worrying, think about how much Mojang wants to keep you in their pocket, of course they will create new content for you to download, what are you new? -

well, I use novaskin too, it's the same thing, has pre-defined positions, and a gallery with other people works. Maybe I'll give a try on this one, but just think of this, what would you prefer? Download a program or just go to a website?
But good work anyway. Couldn't have done better myself
have you even compared the two??? no, you are obviously blowing smoke.

Here's an example, as you exclaim that you can Max everything out on the market, an ideal top of the line monitor might put you back 6000 Dollars, done without price shopping and comparison of course, but you said maxed out.

realistically my pocketbook would never need all of those top of the line features so I would happily settle for a $800 LG
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824005204
and then there is the $250 25 inch HDMI HP monitor I have.
I hate to reference one site but I am lazy today, so here is a $300 contender

Side note, I agree, screw apple monitors.

max the everything on the market? not likely.
As a Monitor for your gaming rig can cost thousands of dollars alone, I doubt your information source, if you can cite one.
Though I agree Internally you could almost hit the highest standards, your disregard for cutting edge hardware pricing is amusing at best.

Herobrine WAS an ingame skin your character could use on SMP, if your account name was Herobrine, it would re-skin your character as Herobrine, as I think you can no longer attempt this, they in effect, removed Herobrine.
I love how this community still trolls Mojang about this.

THIS!
I mean, if they cared to know, they would see the Lore makes more than half the game!

and what is electricity? it is not man made, it is magic. akin to your magic powder redstone. Most technology survives on, or was created with, electricity, ergo, it is a hybrid of magic and man creation, it is how we harness the energy.
A golem, by nature not alive, it is animated in classical context, just as you would mechanically animate a robot, it is not truly alive. This all delves into Artificial Intelligence, which our poor old developers have a hard time orchestrating, so to save anyone further complications, until our modern computer science improves on the minuet scale, I.E. improved AI, we should not pursue this silly argument, alive or not, the game creatures are still predefined, pre-programmed to only accomplish a small list of tasks, in a very specific manner, using sonar like detection to navigate, utilizing very little memory, something that makes a being unique, remembering.
Do not bring TES lore into this, as you will loose hardcore.
Dwemer are not dead, most of the race disappeared long before the time of written history, only two Dwemer remain on Nirn, or what the average mortal can access, even then, very dangerously.

I interpreted it as more of a useless request for the seed/coord hung out to dry in a unwittingly asinine sentence that puns on the general antiquated tone here in this forum in such topics.

greedy humanity is greedy, I am trying to get beyond this point, as it is moot to sell any of that information for money, pretty fantastically obvious IMHO.
SO I guess its once again, up to the pirates, thanks corporate greed for forcing us to walk a dark line.

Do the specifications meet your requirements?
Does the computer you have meet the power, slot, and space/size prerequisite?
Can you afford the aforementioned Graphics Card?
Do you know the difference between the current market GPU standards?
If you have to come to a community for better information on Computer Hardware, you should probably let someone else handle this process altogether.
