    hey, usually Tuesday is the update day, but with you working on the 50th anniversary update are there any features planned for today? (or for next Tuesday?) you don't have to tell me and I am not demanding updates, I'm just curious whether updates are planned for today.

    it may work for 1.6.4 but no promises. fishy said not much was changed. if you try zeuscraft on 1.6.4 be sure to back up your saves!

    forge has not updated to 1.7 yet, i think.

    Sorry for my very long absence from modding in Minecraft. The main reason I have not been updating nor given interest in this mod is because I took a long break from Minecraft a few months ago after my incredibly tight schedule. Now I want to get back into Minecraft again! I have not been able to play Minecraft 1.6.x+ yet and I am excited to explore the new mods available for 1.6.4. Modding for a game you do not play seems impossible for me.

    Despite being absent I have been able to make a few new items and mobs within the given time period. It also gave me a fresh new perspective on the direction I want this mod going to. Basically, my only task now is to code everything I have written down into my changelog.

    Here is a general list of changes planned to be done:

    Items
    I plan to simplify the item table of this mod by combining the functions of a few items (in turn removing a few). Do be warned this means I am going to completely change around the Item IDs again. I want it to be less concentrated on the crafting side and more on the functional side making the items more uniform.


    Mobs
    The mobs will be changed a bit. I am going to remove mobs which feel out-of-place (such as the Garden Gnome, Gnome, etc.). I want to focus the mobs more based on a theme of a Biome.
    
    If you may have noticed, I limit the mobs to 4 per biome (2 per day and 2 per night). I have decided to change this rule a bit by adding an additional mob to biomes which spawn Level 3 mobs. Meaning per say the Taiga Biome will now spawn 3 mobs during the night because a level 3 mob spawn here. This way I can make the Level 3 mobs spawn more rarer than usual.
    
    Also, Level 3 mobs will no longer spawn mobs during combat.


    Note: I stated a few months ago I was planning to include a method of changing the health/damage of mobs using the config file. Sadly I cannot keep my word for the time being. I want to release a stable update for 1.6.4 first before I begin experimenting any further. I did not expect how much of a difference Minecraft 1.6.4 is compared to 1.5.x.

    As of now I will now set my time and energy to update this mod. I was planning to wait for 1.7.4 but meh, I need to update the mod to 1.6.4 first in order for that to be an easier task in the future.

    Despite the posts being months old, I will put my time into answering each of them.

You know full well that this is a prominant Doctor Who Client Mod feature by that exact name. It has been known by this name very publicly for over a year. Why? Why would you choose that name except to confuse players as to what project it is.

    I have had nothing but respect for you over the last year, I admire the work you have done. Long ago almost at the start of your project I sent a message offering collaboration between the two projects and you agreed but then we did not hear from you for months which we thought nothing of and respected your decision not to join, it is your right and we admire peoples rights.

    But after all of this, all of your lies and this amorral disgusting behavior I have had enough. I have held my tounge for several months and kept everything confined to our PMs. Now you say that I do not respond to your PMs is an absolute lie meant to make me look bad to your community. This is where there straw breaks the camels back. If you choose to lie and say that I do not respond when you yourselves THREATENED ME saying that If i responded to you that you would "take action."

    All of what you have done in your project is respectable, your actions however are despicable and if you choose to keep making me look like the bad guy I will bring out everything that has happened in our conversations. Im done covering it up, and I am sick and tired of hiding features from my community for fear you will emulate it immediatly after we show it. At the advice of Planet Minecraft and MCF staff we have had to hide features and punish the community for your actions and Im done doing it.

    When it comes down to it you yourselves admitted to me in one of those messages you said "he doesnt respond to" that you were afraid that when Doctor Who Client Mod comes out you will fade into obscurity. I belive that because of these fears you are doing your best to eliminate the varying differences between the projects any way you can which is fine but try to do it a bit less obvious and right after us. I am tired of having to worry about which feature we announce or show will be emulated. This worrying is now extended to what feature names of ours you will start calling yours. Yes, It is Doctor Who...yes it is not a copyrighted franchise and we have no claim....BUT....when you do all of this days or a week after us it is very obvious that you trying to avoid people choosing DWCM over Dalek Mod.

    I have repeatedly tried to reach a resolution with you and repeatedly you have just kept doing the same old same old and now you are lieing about me "not" responding to you. I am done with hiding the facts from the communities. If you want to continue to spew your lies, do so I do not care just be aware of the fact that I am done sitting on my hands and biting my tounge.

    To any community member reading this message, If you truely believe their statements that I do not respond to their comments after writing this very passionate and heartfelt message there is nothing I can do to convince you other than showing you screenshots of these converstations in which I genuienly approached them with ALWAYS peaceful intentions trying to come to some arrangment where we can avoid doing things the same way. This goes for staff as well...If you need the proof I will gladly show it if requested.

    Enough is enough you two. I have endured death threats, hate mail and constant ignorance from certain members of your community (Mainly looking at you Time_Lord_Gamer.) I have been nothign but kind to all members of dalek mod community, even the ones who post "YOU SUCK, DALEK MOD RULES" 5 minutes after I say my friend died and I was taking a few days off. I have dealt with all these feature "coincidences" for far too long with out saying anything to the public while you continue to drag me into the mud.

    To any PMC or MCF staff who see this as I am sure they will almost certainly report me for this, some of you are well aware of the situation and some of you have advised me to take the actions I have taken in the past. If you wish to punish me for this message, I will gladly take the infraction points. But please be aware that after all this the truth needed to be posted and the communities needed to be aware of what has really been going on. Concealing the truth has only caused repeated issues in the past.

    I wish no harm to the Dalek Mod Community or even to UDWF1 and 1WTC and as I said repeatedly in the PMs you say I never respond to that I would never wish you to stop developing Dalek Mod. All I ever asked was to work with us and communicate with us to figure out a way we could avoid doing features the same way to which you always agreed to and never followed through with. All I ever wish for projects is for them to get along, there is no reason for there to be an issue or divide between the communities or projects. Collaboration and communication is the key to any project as is transparency. THIS Is me being transparent. If this offends you I am sorr from the bottom of my hearts, but it needed to be said.




    i am neutral in this debate but i felt like i had to comment.

    why can't the dalek mod and the dwcm just get along??????
    the dalek mod adds mobs, mainly daleks, and a few other small features. sure more is being added, including features similar to the dwcm features, but the dalek mod still has a lot less in it then the dwcm. the dwcm completely turns minecraft into a completely new game.

    no offense to either mod or anyone who supports or works for either mod, both mods are great, but can we stop insulting the people from the other mod, or insulting the other mod, posting about which mod we think is better, being rude to the other mod, or accusing people from the other mod of stealing or threatening? (not saying there were no thefts or threats just asking everyone to calm down.)

    let's either work together, or ignore each other and tell the fans of both mods to do the same. ok? thanks you. sorry for the post, i felt like i needed to comment.
