Are any of these confirmed by Jeb or Notch? :ohmy.gif: Or are they just assumptions/hopes that they won't be implemented? Just wondering. And I don't see a problem with an RPG system being officially part of the game if there's an option down the track to turn all those extra features off for those who wish to do so.
As it's already said in renadi's post, there's been no word on their Twitter's about this issue, so I don't know why you're telling me 'NOPE!'. Unless of course, I've been behind the times and he has in fact addressed the issue since.
After checking out the newest pre-release(4), I've noticed that skills/talents/etc. haven't been implemented (not complaining =P). Does anyone know if it'll be in the next pre-release, or something of the sort? Sorry if it's already been mentioned before. Some people seem to be saying that there may not even be skills/etc due to enchantments, but then I don't believe Notch/Jeb have said anything like that, so I remain hopeful :ohmy.gif:.
Cool okay thanks :smile.gif: That's good to know, but chances are I may start a new one anyway, as my current one doesn't really have anything of value in it.
Just wondering if our save files from the 1.9 beta pre-release will be usable for the actual 1.9 release. I'm guessing if changes to environment coding are made from the pre-release to 1.9 then chances are they won't be usable :sad.gif:. Just checking anyway. Thanks
Okay cool, noted. The complexity of the leveling in ES4 WAS indeed nice, but it required so much micromanagement to ensure you had a perfect/very good character that I got completely turned off the entire game after reading through a detailed FAQ on how to manage your character. I think it was safe to say ignorance was bliss until I went to gamefaq. :L
Are you supposed to get experience by jumping? I'm referring to the 1.9 pre-release, although I guess that's a given considering the sub-forum. I can't really see this working, although I'm sure it's just a bug. It suddenly brought back horrible memories of the king of convoluted character progression systems that is Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion. Not that it wasn't an awesome game, however.
Hi! Basically, sometimes the most recent achievements I obtain are magically undone after I save, exit, and play next time. I can't imagine what I've done that would cause that. Does anyone have any ideas? :S
