Third, i recognize what hacking looks like. I've dealt with quite a few hackers along my time with MC. Avoid doing so in front of me. This goes even if i don't get Guard. Don't screw around with numbers 2 and 3. I know my duties <-(ha) and shall respect them. I understand i may be demoted or jailed if i don't follow the rules or abuse em.
8.Currently i am B Rank.
9 I have read every rule. Server rules. Prison rules. Guard rules.

Please take some of your time to look at this app and consider it. I hope to server among your ranks well. I had to post this like 3 times to get it right too. Dedication baby xD

why am I the best choice for guard? I've had experience with Prison servers for quite some while, I've also helped people and saved people when the guards are not on. This happens quite a bit late at night (Around 7:00 AEST) when guards are sleeping, or having a break. This is the time where I help others from A or elite or even Free trolls. New people come on at that time and I give them a warm welcome and a guide around. I know having a sword is a contraband item but I vow only to use it to kill people that attack C's when guards are not on. I'm also a kind easy going person that helps others, I've used my spare time to farm in the A mob grinder to get bones for bone-meal for the C's Tree Farm. I'm also a good choice for guard because I've seen the right and wrong things guards do, So I can stick to the guards right ways, while correcting myself to not do the incorrect thing as a guard.I will also protect the lower blocked prisoners and I am sure I'll do a good job. I'm also fairly comfortable with PVP now, because I've actually fought in the mob farm for a while and as an A prisoner, I often find myself battling people to reach the bank. I do not bank or log in a fight and fight until the end. I will not abuse power etc as a guard. I'll also try my best to look after the new C prisoners that come on the server to enjoy their time here. I have not donated, and I am truly sorry, as I am only 11, I do not have Credit Cards ETC and doesn't beg my father to donate (lol). I'm also a kind easy going person, I'm more serious when I protect people, or when I help others. I'm not 100% strict, but I'm just serious when I'm helping the society of Convicted. I'm also a person that will not hesitate to kill, attack or prevent people from destroying others way to rank up, I will happily give up my time as a Free player to just help the guards to spot, autofishers, X-Rayers or anything in the between. All the people that uses hacks/cheats are often spotted, but some people lurk around the edges of the server and when guards are not looking, they will often hack/cheat. I will be a good addition to the team because I will be on the lookout for people that fail to obey the rules of convicted.I'll also continue to help the C Blockers to find their way to B, and as the new C's roll in, I will continue to do my job to help them. As a Free, I've experienced some things that happened in convicted just now, or when I was a C. Some guards don't confiscate swords simply because the wielder is their friend. No, just no, If I am accepted, I vow to even to my friends, that I will take or even kill them, (If it proves necessary) just to take the contraband item that will endanger the lives of other prisoners. Even as a Free, I've experience other things, Guards simply ignoring a fight,the fight is right in front of them and what do they do??? They stand there, The Guards and Alphas and Wardens are perfectly fine, I'm talking about the Trainees when the Guards and the Alpha guards are not looking. The Trainees Log and BANK if they get attacked, I'm not talking about all the trainees but some.I'm also a person that will follow the rules, and remain loyal to the society, I do not kill people just for fun, but if it may prove needed then I shall. I've never moved to D or been banned from a server, and I wish to teach new fellow C Blockers the path to their future. I spend most of my time in the Omega to mine diamonds to make axes for people in C. I've given out some of my most valuable things to help others.I try not to get on the bad side of anyone, but some people just are jerks and need to be stopped. I'll be happy to lend a hand to people and I'll be even more delighted if I can prove to be a helping hand to the society.If I can get accepted, I'll help the society in various ways people may think strange, but I'll be an addition to the society, I can tell that to you. Also, look up what racist is. Calling someone Asian when they ARE Asian, is not racist. I am most certainly not racist. In any way. At all. However, since it supports your guys' arguments, everyone of you is saying it. The only people in this entire matter that brought up a decent point was Noakii and Builder. But then builder just hopped on the racist stupid bandwagon.

I never said I was going to battle the Ban. As you may recall I said just the contrary. So, I am glad you actually read what I posted before you replied.

The worst part in this whole matter is the fact that throughout being a guard and a player, All I ever got in response from anybody was negativity. I would suggest reflecting on yourselves before you are so quick to attack others. I can name 10 people off the top of my head that were never once nice to me. I never complained. And I never replied to them.

Also, if you recall, go back and look at my response to being accused of abusing guard powers.

Here were the accusations.

Having just logged on, I found that I was a trainee. On my way to drop all of my crap off, I was already attacked. So, I went into the pool to avoid it. literally 5 minutes into being guard. I had 64 diamonds on me. I was not willing to lose that. as I had just spent 24k on it.

I shot off the balcony in once instance. Got told not to. Never did it again.

I shot off that and Noakii ruled no shooting off balconies. Never did it again.

Thats it. Oh, and then there was the snowballs, even though there was a sign that clearly stated guards only were allowed to throw them, and a bunch of people got POed and called abuse.

Thats 2 events officially. That's it. I abused twice in THREE weeks of playing. Now do I care i was demoted? No. Do I think it was dumb? Yes. But do I care? No.

So, Now I have to rewind my Dave Matthew's back a couple of songs because I wasn't paying attention.

End of story. I'm Not racist. I don't feel the need to prove my intelligence to you guys. You aren't worth it. Don't care about your accusations of abuse. That's all.
