When you have a horse that is tamed it will despawn even if its tamed
If the horse is wearing anything armor, saddle anything when it despawns it will be gone

When you have a world that you had before the last update on Christmas you have to reset the nether before the wither skeletons and blazes spawn in and on the nether fortress you have to do I every time you leave the nether and come back and they don't spawn
