The amazon reviews say it's pretty decent. I looked at the ones you listed, and are a bit too expensive for me.

oh. ok good thing i didn't order it then. I'll get a replacement as quick as i can, but do you have any recommendations for PSUs under $50? I'm willing to go as high as $60, but that's it because I owe my parents a lot of money after buying the parts.I know i'm not suppose to cheap out on the PSU, but $50 is a decent amount for my PC. does any other parts majorly affect the wattage, or is that pretty much it. i can list all the parts in my build if you guys want.

You are actually better off building your own computer. It's a good experience and kinda fun. plus it's cheaper, than having to buy an OEM pc.

I want to do a first boot with my system, but i'm afraid that the crap PSU i've been reading about online for the past hour might kill my 100s of dollars I put into this gaming PC.

AMD Phenom II X4 850 Quad-Core
HIS IceQ Radeon HD 6570
2 Sticks of Kingston 4gb RAM
Foxconn A78AX 3.0 Mobo

Can I first boot with a Logisys PSU? I've calculated that the system runs about 200-250 watts of power with an online wattage calculator.

Even if the PSU does fail, will it take my entire computer down with it? Or does the PSU have protection against that?

If I play games like DOTA 2, Garry's Mod, TF2, and other steam/valve games, will the PSU blow up?
Will high end games (Battlefield 3, Skyrim, Crysis 3) blow the PSU?

I am looking for a screen recorder to do speedarts for my channel. It has to be mac compatible though.

it doesn't have to be kicking. just some alternate move other than punching. (biting, or shoving?)

there is no form of sneaking in the game. the only way to go unnoticed by mobs is via invisibility potions. but even then, a zombie should be able to "smell/sense" a human nearby.

In minecraft, there should be an alternate move oppose to kicking. When you right click with just a fist, a leg will shoot out that does less damage, but has a higher knockback. (THIS IS SPARTA!!!) This will provide a more varied combat, and opens up new possibilities.

If kicking is implemented, it can't be right click because kicking should be possible whenever. (Holding a sword, block, tool, etc.)

I wish minecraft mobs had a "field of vision" that they can see, and won't notice anything not in their own field of vision. I'm a bit annoyed how I spot a mob first, and when I get near it, it turns around and notices me.

It should be playable, but not finished by this weekend, and maybe not monday. Monday is the latest though.
School recently has held me back, and I gave minecraft up for a set time period due to religious reasons.

I am now able to continue the map.

I've created a map that focuses around pvp. It will have 15 arenas upon release, and other features as well. The map is a pvp map where the player and his opponents fight through 3 ages: Feudal, Modern, and Futuristic. Each age will have 5 arenas.










Currently in the map:

• Custom Classes
• Pre-set Classes
• 6 Arenas
• Spawn area
• No drop system
• Teleporters to each arena
• Arena selection

Planned Features in the map:

• 9 other arenas
• Fixing up current arenas
• Team battle arenas
• MOB ARENAS!
• Suggestions

Arenas currently in the map:

• Bio-Dome
• Temple
• Fort Parkour
• School House Prison
• Orbiting Spaceship
• Keep of Gornhaven

Pre-Set Classes

They may be removed in the future to prevent cheating (clicking the button doesn't teleport you anywhere.) and also to encourage use of the custom class system. The current classes to pick from are:

Berserker: Spawns with iron/diamond armor, iron sword, bombs.
Ranger: 32 arrows, bow, leather armor
Ninja: 1 speed 1 invisibility potion, wooden sword
Beastmaster: 1 dog spawning egg, 12 bones, chainmail chestplate, stone sword

It is currently better to go through the custom class rooms because they offer more items that the classes currently have.

Custom Classes

I think this is the first custom class system in vanilla minecraft.
It consists of a teleporter that teleports you to a room where you pick a primary weapon, and upon clicking on a button, teleports you to another room. I will post a video showing off the system.







If you have any suggestions, feel free to post some.

There currently is no way to download the map, because it is in a barely playable condition. I am working on it to release it soon.
