I'm afraid I do not agree with you Agtrigormortis, it is one account on one computer. Let us imagine that your friend visited your house and asked if he could try your Minecraft game on your console or computer, would your reply really be "No you can't that would be violating Mojang's EULA"?
It's the same thing, he plays on his brothers computer using his brothers account.
I agree with a lot of what you're writing as Windows 10 does certainly has it's flaws. But Linux does not count since the questioner is only asking about Windows Systems.
You can add your own music using a resourcepack, as long as you have the same folder-structure and filenames used in the minecraft jar. I do believe some music resourcepacks are already available if you don't feel like making your own.
It depends on the purpose; for a contemporary computer used for daily work or gaming, only Windows 10 will do. But Windows XP was the OS that I kept for the longest time. I'll also take the liberty of mentioning Windows 95, the reason for this is only few people at that time had a modem, most of them of poor quality, therefore you didn't have to download update after update for your windows OS - believe it or not Microsoft made OS's that didn't need updating..

One account on one computer is not distribution or copying that is sharing, and this kind of sharing is not violating any rights or rules.

I don't like YouTubers, they are the root cause for the spamming of this Forum.

Nostalgic, makes me want to play older versions of Minecraft again, when things were much more simple. Thanks for sharing!

How can you expect any realism when there is a creeper around?

Hmm, a qualified guess would be they are attempting to reach another nearby watersource, how does that fit with your design?
