Why do you wish to be a part of this server?: I am looking for a vanilla survival server that I can call home. I run a server of my own for some local friends, however they are not on as often as I am, and would like a group of players to enjoy the game with who are around more.

How do you feel about griefing?: Griefing is a complete waste of everyone's time. It gets the griefer banned from the server, and doesn't cause as much damage as was intended as admins will simply resolve the issue and help fix what was destroyed and replace what was stolen.

Do you like Tacos? (If so, what kind?!): I absolutely love seared lamb tacos! Authentic Mexican, so none of that lettuce/cheese/sour cream stuff... just the spicy and delicious salsa!

Why do you want to be hired as an admin here?:

Because when I join a server, I like to contribute to that server as much as possible. I have extensive management experience in both games (Guild Leading and Raid Leading in both World of Warcraft and SWTOR) and professionally as a business owner and restaurant manager. I feel as though I am not giving my full commitment to a server if I cannot do absolutely everything that is available to me to make it better. With admin abilities, I will be able to do just that.

Why do you think you'd be a good admin?:

As stated above, I have both gaming leadership and administrative abilities as well as professional ones. I have worked in the management field for 8 years and have manage multi-million dollar companies in the past. I have the experience and head on my shoulders for an admin position. I am also very polite, courteous and punctual. I get along with everyone so long as they are not trying to grief or break rules of the server.

What would you do if you see a griefer/hacker messing up the server (including fly/speed hacks, TNT/lava abuse, etc.):

I personally have a zero tolerance policy for griefing/hacking. Of course I will follow guide lines provided by you as to what should be done and how many warnings should be given, but in my personal opinion, someone who joins a non-griefing server and griefs, will do it again at some point. Hacking the server or using glitches for me is absolutely zero tolerance and would lead to bans upon achieving proof that it has happened. I will of course not simply take word of mouth and fully investigate every inquiry of griefing before passing judgment.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?:

I have been Playing Minecraft for Just over a year now. In the time that I have played I have learned all of the basics as well as some of the advanced content of the game. I am slightly knowledgeable in the use of red stone and redstone circuits. I am also capable of building very large structures that look decent and I know how to create slime farms.

How long have you been playing on this server?: I have yet to be accepted to this server.

Do you think you are a fast at reactions and type fast? (This is can be a one sentence answer):

I react quickly to situations presented to me, but I also think through important decisions before making them. My typing speed is nearly 80 words per minute. It used to be faster, but has since declined from when I was younger and spent more time at the computer.

Why do you want to be hired as an admin here?: Well I never had been an admin in any server . Beside My cousin's server i was an admin but that was because he let become admin due to being family . This server is great and i would like to keep it running very smoothly like it is now just better. Also if i become admin i will try to be as helpful as most admins are in this server . I also will try and help people with building projects.

Why do you think you'd be a good admin?: I think i would be a good admin because i will enforce the rules and follow my own rules. I also will be able to help quickly. I will also be on this server most of the time to help others when they need help. When i have to do something about a grief problem in server i will fix the issue as quickly as i can. Also when there is any abuse at all i will ask the person to stop. (if pvp abuse i will ask person to return the stuff from the other person back to that person)

What would you do if you see a griefer/hacker messing up the server (including fly/speed hacks, TNT/lava abuse, etc.): If it is minor grief i will give them a small warning if it is a major griefing problem i will ban or give the person a warning. If there is hacking such as speed and fly i will have them banned right away. If there is TNT abuse i will ask to the person to stop or they will get banned or just ban them on the spot.(this goes for lava and any dangerous abuse going on)

How long have you been playing Minecraft?: I have been playing Minecraft since beta 1.8 . But at first my cousin let me use his Minecraft account till i got my own Minecraft . At about 1.0 i got my own Minecraft to play on. When i first started playing i was on peaceful difficulty then at the start of 1.0 i used easy difficulty then at the middle of 1.0 i used normal difficulty. Now i only play on normal difficulty sometimes hard difficulty.

How long have you been playing on this server?:I have been playing on this server for about 2-3 weeks now. Throughout that time this server has proved being a great server to play on . Even if this server is not my main server i will play on it due to how small and good it is .

Do you think you are a fast at reactions and type fast? (This is can be a one sentence answer): i type pretty fast at quick times and my reaction time is good .

Why do you think you'd be a good admin?:I will be able to get onto the server nearly every day of the week, for about 2-4 hours a day. I also have lots of experience as an admin. I think that I am a very neutral decider on conflicts. I am also good at managing large groups of players at once. I have been an admin/moderators on dozens of servers before, and (in my opinion,) I am a pretty good admin.

What would you do if you see a griefer/hacker messing up the server (including fly/speed hacks, TNT/lava abuse, etc.): If a player did a minor thing, such as place one block of lava, or slightly break a redstone device, I would give them a warning. If there was a repeat of this, I would probably ban them. If someone was hacking, and using this a LOT, then they would most likely be banned. These are the basic guidelines that I use. If any of the other admins thought otherwise, then we would compromise.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?: Approximately 7 months.

How long have you been playing on this server?: Only about a day.. But I think I know it pretty well already!

Do you think you are a fast at reactions and type fast? (This is can be a one sentence answer): I think I can type quite fast, and I have a pretty good vocabulary. I am also fast with my reactions, and I choose my words quickly, yet carefully.
