I know waterfall biomes have been suggested multiple times, but I think that would be terrific. Something along the lines of this (source: Deep Valley), with cliffs falling off into vallies, and waterfalls goin all about everywhere. Not sure if that's even within the realm of possible.
I really like this mod, so I made a custom 32x32px block.png for the John Smith texture pack. Thought I would share it here for all that are interested in using this mod with JSTP.
Have fun!
YES. You are my hero. Now If I could just figure out how to mod the TP on a mac... it doesn't seem to work whenever I open the .zip file.
can you please re-implement the world types? I'm not too savvy with configs, soooo yeah
While I would like to see the world types re-implemented, it's pretty easy to set up the config file. Just open it with notepad and change the "true" value on all the biomes you don't want to "false".
My options to choose world gen types when creating a new world is gone, was this implemented because of the config file update or is this just a glitch on my end? Also, has village generation been fixed?
Love this mod! Much more clean and congruent than BiomesXL imo.
One problem though, I can't seem to find any villages in any of the new biomes, or even when anything except the default world generation types are selected for that matter. Is this a recurring problem for anyone else? Any tips?

7. Pictures(if any) of your greatest builds and/or any other info about yourself you feel like sharing! My last big build was in a world that's now deleted, here's the orignial forum post though. http://muttsworldmin...ere-still-free/
How did you get the village to become so big ? I've been playing on my village for a few days now and it doesn't get any bigger really, is there like an option to make villages bigger or something ? Or do i just have to keep playing in order for the village to become bigger?
This village is actually the 3 different types of Japanese villages right next to one another, all upgraded fully. Just keep giving them all possible resources, it takes quite a while :smile.gif: and make sure there's enough space, ideally a pretty flat area.
If you want to speed the process up, install TooManyItems, load up your inventory with all the resources they need, sell it to em, and just watch the magic happen. Of course, this isn't half as rewarding, but is a good choice if you just want a large village to live in. (I originally did this with the first 2 in mine, but gathered all resources for the 3rd by hand)

I'm really wanting to try this, but so far all I've experienced is extreme slowdown and suuupeerrr glitchy cities with random-ass giant pits and no coherency. Is the slowdown normal? This mod seems great if these side effects aren't part of it, I'm assuming they're a problem on my end, I'm running it on a Macbook Pro, with a previously vanilla .jar, just installed this and modloader. Any tips? I got it running after a few crashes, but its given me EXTREME slowdown, almost to the point of unplayability, with chunks being generated while I walk on top of them.

Here's my main world, densely populated by 3 adjacent villages and dwelt in for many hours by me.
