    posted a message on Looking for a Small Server
    I'm looking for a very small, whitelisted server. Something with little mods, just essentials like NoCheat. One that is 24/7 and doesn't expect to be going on a hiatus in the near future.

    Basically, just something where I can build my projects but not have thirty individuals shouting in the chat simultaneously.

    If anyone knows of/operates a server that may be something I am interested in based on these requests, please do let me know!

    Google's AdSense Policy clearly states:

    I was just about to mention this. If this "company" can be so blatantly stupid as to not even consider the policy of the company they are planning to rely on for profits, how can we be so stupid as to use this service? The organization is obviously being run by people with absolutely no experience in the field of business or online transactions, and are simply attempting to take advantage of the mass population of Minecraft users. If an employee for a company responded to litigation remarks with "come at us bro" and "we can't pull money out of our ass," would you honestly trust them? AdCraft was started with $0 from advertisers and, statistically, 0 guarantee of any profits or means of revenue. This is like forcing consumers to pay to enter a store, when you do not have products for them to purchase. How can we be sure that these "new advertisers" will maintain their promises and support the userbase? Do we even know if any contracts are in place? If their transaction manager did not even understand Google Adsense, how will they understand successful negotiation with a private investor? Continuing to use this service would be foolish and stupid, no matter what they claim to be doing to make improvements.

    I advise all of you to immediately remove all links you have on this website, and request a termination of account. Regardless of their Terms of Service, you can still send your complaints to the registrar due to fraud (which is a very accurate accusation considering the fact that we have not seen anything proving that this Adsense account is closed, and they still are accepting business while making inaccurate promises). The registrar is http://www.dotster.com/ and you can contact them at 360-449-5810 or email them at http://www.dotster.com/support/contact-support.php . The company can continue to deny any sort of fraud, but you can still report your complaints and concerns as you see fit. If a registered business was doing this to you or others, wouldn't you file with the Better Business Bureau?

    Might have been mistaken...I attempted to run 1.9 and 1.8, but it seems now they lag too? However, they never did prior to updating to 1.0. I don't think it's Java or my graphics card; I checked Spiral Knights as that runs in Java and I can play it smooth at 1920x1280.

    Tried. It works for about an hour after rebooting, but then the lag starts again.

    All done. Nothing alters it at all.

    Also, I've allocated 4GB, and it doesn't change.

    The buttons are even laggy at the main screen.

    I can play absolutely anything else at 1920x1280 resolution at a perfect 60 FPS :/

    I'm so confused. I have never experienced FPS below 40 in any version of Minecraft, except 1.0. Nothing seems to boost me above 14 FPS, not even playing on Tiny with Fast graphics. When I start up my computer, there will be no lag for about a half hour, but then it will kick in. There is nothing hogging my CPU or my RAM.

    I'm using a Macbook Pro with 8GB Ram, 2.53 GHz processor, and an NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M graphics card.

    When I look in Modloader.txt, I always see it counting down after each AddOverride. Does this mean there is a maximum it can do? Is there any way around it?
