My previous reply gave incontrovertible proof that this is real - the seed the OP posted is mentioned in a bug report (and several duplicates) on the official bug tracker, marked as confirmed (I have no idea what the OP means by "we need proof", which they posted a day after my reply that gave clear evidence that Mojang themselves have acknowledged this bug, same for similar bugs that affect Java Edition which have been known for far longer. Maybe they wanted somebody else to generate a world with the seed to verify that it is real; they may also be referring to BigAlanM wondering why it was broken, as if they didn't find anything unusual, perhaps because they tested it in Java Edition).

I think that is not just rare,
it is a glitch in code,
meaning chances are, there are only 5 or 10 in existence.

they might have had spawners generate on top aka inside of each other,
causing this.
