My name is Dawson Pate, I am 15and have been playing for 4 years. would like to help on your server. I am an experianced(somewhat) builder. I love to build castles and am somewhat good in designing. I have no very little experiance being an admin in a server but still can do the job well if not great. I worked for three private servers. My user is jimmango32. Hope to get in touch with you soon. And as for the funding and donations, it is your choice. I think donations should be approved though. It will be esier to get hosting if you have cash for it.
