Why are you applying for this position and what makes you different from somebody else applying? I want to become admin because i feel that thats where i can be most useful in, whether it be controlling your staff team, plugins, website problems, building, etc. I feel that i can be the most useful as a admin.
How could you plan to help build our community? I can help communicate with staff, work on ideas to help the server, get a building crew set up, and guide this server towards to success!
What are your strengths and weaknesses? I have leadership skills, very active, help with almost anything, and love to help out players. A weakness i have is being really nice to others.

Welcome to our new server Craftium Reborn! It has just gone public as of today! I will tell you a bit about myself first - I am the Co - Owner of the server (jess7040) and have been playing Minecraft since early 2011 so have a lot of experience behind me! I know what I’m doing I am 19 years old and live in England, also completely horse crazy... Anyway, back to the server!

A brand new open world for you guys to build, mine and play to your hearts content! We have land claims so all your lovely builds can be protected, and if there ever was to somehow be a grief all our Moderators and upwards are trained in fixing these so you will be safe!
Hard Mode Survival **COMING SOON** - This is for you fellow players who like me, love a challenge! Have you ever tried mining when dirt and cobble could just fall on top of you at any moment? Have you ever being fighting mobs during the night (and now day!) that ALL have special abilities? Have you ever tried growing crops where the water can evaporate if not placed correctly? This brings the aspect of Modded Minecraft to a vanilla platform!
Towny **AVAILABLE NOW** - This is the Towny that you all know and love and will be used to playing! So, what are you waiting for? Come online, grab all your friends and create the best town there can be along with our fab community here at Craftium Reborn!
Hard Mode Towny **COMING SOON** - We decided to incorporate Hard Mode Survival with Towny! We will have 2 or 3 Towny worlds. The first being a CUSTOM Medieval world with 4 or 5 towns to start with and each town having its own strong point. For example: A town just on a lake, their strong point would be food and another town being inside or just around a mountain, their strong point would be mining and so forth. Each town will have to trade around to survive. We also will have a world where players can make their own towns in case you don't like medieval and another Modern Towny World with big expensive houses for you and your friends to save up for and by!

What experience do you have being Admin?
`I've had quite a few experiences with being staff on a handful of servers. I've worked with networks, survival, factions, skyblock, prison, towny, and alot more. You name it. I've filled a variety of positions ranging from simply builder, administrator, manager, and have even filled the ownership position myself.`
Do you have any Plugin and Website experience?
`Not only have a worked server-side with things like the ones mentioned above, but i'm worked on things such as graphics for servers. Graphics such as advertisement banners, youtube channel arts, profile pictures, and vice-versa. Aside from graphics, i've worked as a developer. I've coded for servers, helped them configure plugins, and on multiple occasions, i have coded custom plugins for servers as a developer. So i'm very flexible on what you might want me to do.`
Why are you applying for this position and what makes you different from somebody else applying?
`To be completely honest, i personally just enjoy helping out communities. Aside from that, i love being a leader. I'd like to help the commuity to strive to be one of the very best communities around One that's enjoyable for hundreds of players. I can easily help out with multiple positions and furthermore provide the community with lots more help and resources with my past experiences and knowledge.`
How could you plan to help build our community?
`Doing whatever is necessary to not only build up a great community, but also to maintain that status of a great community. Doing whatever it is that i am required to do for the server to the best of my abilities and being very compliant. I plan to help build the community by being a great example of a leader, one who now only leads the community but fellow staff members. `
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
`Strengths i'd have to say my will to get the job done. I could never rest until i get done what i'm supposed to get done, what i'm assigned to get done, or what i need to get done. That's the strongest suit i would have to say. As for weakness, when i'm working on different assignments or projects, i tend to work independently for the most part. I like working alone. But that won't get in the way of my job. I can always change how i work.`
