With the addition of Adventure Mode, monster eggs, tripwires, and other new toys, I've taken a serious new interest in creating Adventure Maps. While playtesting my map so far, I turned a corner to find Minecraft's most famous enemy threatening to blow up the nice everything I just created. Once he had done his worst, I was disappointed to find he had done some serious damage to the redstone wiring I created for a door maze.
Since then, I've been struggling to find a way to keep Creepers from destroying my puzzles. So far, I've tried to light spaces more thoroughly and use dispensers packed with monster eggs to try and prevent the random creeper from showing up and destroying a puzzle. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, what solutions have to found to create a mob-filled adventure map that doesn't get destroyed by this menace?
Hello potential future members of the server! Since we're on a new map, I'm in the process of rebuilding my town and I need your help! I am in desperate need of lumberjacks, miners, and guards especially, although any citizens or help are greatly appreciated. Please reply directly to this post after posting your application if you would like to help. Early contributors to the town will get the best plots in the town and are nearly guaranteed a position of influence in the decision making process. Thank you.
Hey Random. We worked together last night. I had a great time chopping down every pine tree in sight. Sign me up to rebuild the town!

I usually fill my empty rooms with a bed and jukebox (bedroom) and a "laboratory," that usually includes an incinerator made from lava and a cobblestone generator. You'll have to be very careful you don't burn your precious wooden mansion to the ground, though!
Anytime I make a "stable" for my wolves, I make a double door for the entrance. It's much easier to push them inside. That, or I wander around inside until the wacky pathing pops him inside. The first option is much easier, though.
