Attention donors of convicted! Starting today @ 2PM EST, I will begin auctioning a few donor plots. I'm not going to auction them all at once, as I want to give everyone a chance to auction. The starting price for all plots will be 500k, and you'll write a book with your bid, and throw it in the hoppers of the auctioned plot. Any trolling of the hoppers will result in a 7 day tempban.
How will donor plots work, will they be temporary or permanent?
The second issue I have is that Donor has become extremely overpriced, and I'm saying this as someone who has given $150 to the old Convicted as donations from myself and others. I understand that the server needs money to survive, however, I find it absurd that the price has gone from $40 lifetime to $35 every three months for the same perks. It needs to be remembered that the vast majority of the players are teenagers without jobs, many of which cannot legally work at their age, and that the monthly payments will keep several players from donating. I believe that it would be more reasonable to have additional sethomes and sign colors available at a set price for all sethomes and colors, and have it last forever at a cost of $15 for the sethomes and $10 for the colors. I also think that the Donor Block, name color and tag perks should be exclusively placed into one bundle and sold for $10 for three months, coming out to $40 each year, meaning that the server will be able to collect new income quarterly and have the new model become profitable over the old model in a year, helping deter a cash-grab scheme, which it honestly feels the server has devolved into at this point. At the very least, if Donor will remain so extremely overpriced, the quality of the hosting needs to improve tremendously.
What have the forums come to, people have gone crazy waiting for the server opening we were expect to have a month ago and still nothing. Summer is almost over and the server has been on the final stages for more than a month now

Yes. I have played on multiple prison servers and have guarded on a few including Convicted for over a year. 6) What is your time zone? Eastern Standard Time (EST) 7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs)
I think I am the best choice for guard because I have a lot of experience with the guard rules on Convicted. I was previously a guard here for over a year here, the rules seem to be engraved in my mind. I would like to be a guard to keep the justice going on the server. I respect everyone, whether it be the staff, the guards, and especially the players who keep our server going. If you respect others, they will respect you. Since the server had gone down for reparations, I was a guard on two servers, Deadwood and Condemned. There, I kept myself busy until Convicted came back. Guarding is fun, the PvP is fun, the player interaction is fun, I tend to enjoy the things that are fun. Enjoying something makes me push harder to get it. I do not abuse the players for fun or joy, I don't tend to kill the wrong person, but if / when I do, I apologize and I give back whatever there was. Convicted is like another family to me, I know a lot of the players very well, mostly the Frees. Just because they are like another family to me, does not mean that I will always treat them like they are my family. I won't "look the other way" so they can get away with things. I will be fair and I will try my hardest to get to the next level, whether I'm a trainee or guard, I'll still give my best effort. Don't just accept me because of what I was then, accept me because of what I am now. Throughout my years of guarding, I have realized that the rules are the most important thing about guarding. If you always follow the rules, you are great. I do not remember a time when I abused my power on purpose. Of course, there has been times where a bad interpretation of the rules has led to an issue. When that happens, I look back and I correct them, or apologize. Nobody is perfect. Whether you're an Alpha, a Guard, or a Trainee, you make mistakes. Coming back to being a guard here would be great, I'd love to continue doing something I love to do. 8) Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline?
Yes, I do indeed.
9) What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard?
I don't have one, if I did I guess it would be "C" as of now.
