Number 1 Never ever just ban somebody without any evidence if you see them do it yourself ban them. If you don't and another player reports them too you don't ban them without any evidence.
Number 2 While you can be the great and fun admin or mod out there you can't be lenient towards the servers rules. If somebody griefs and you have evidence they did it kick them. if they join back and do it again, temp ban the for 24 hours and after 24 hours they join and do it again show them the ban hammer.
Number 3 Never give players items unless they were ' and or robbed. However if its a raid server tell them sorry i can't do anything its a raid server.
Number 4 If they ask for night don't give it to them if they ask for day don't give it to them.
Number 5 If you don't follow this rule you won't have many players, Don't go ban happy.
Number 6 Try not to goof off too much, You're job is too moderate and run a server remember that.
Number 7 repeat Number 1 Number 2 Number 3 Number 4 Number 5 and Number 6
Thanks for reading
