Position:
I have had many years experience with Group Manager and about a years experience with PermissionsEX. I know many permissions Nodes for different Plugins and If i dont know a Node its not hard at all to find it anyways. If I was to be accepted onto your server as a Staff member I would love to share my expertise as a Permissions-Manager for you. I have lots of experience with MYSql, Bungeecord and Bukkit/Spigot. I know my way around many Plugins and therefore I think I would suit the position of Admin/Permissions-Manager. Permissions is a Massive part to a successful server and I believe if I was there, helping to organise it not only would it be less weight off your shoulders but it would be very well done and the server permissions would be done in no time at all (1-2 Days Depending on my Scheduled and what plugins that you are using.
Experience:
I have been playing minecraft for many years now and with that comes a wealth of experience. I have had a lot of experience with server Ownership/Administration as I have Owned my own server, Both Hosted by myself and by a Hosting company, So therefore I know my way around the mechanics of hosting and how it works. In the past I have also set up Permissions for over 10 servers (Including a few of my Own). I have been Administrator on many servers and I enjoy watching servers like this one grow!

I'm posting this thread directed at any Administrators, Owners or Recruiters who are trying to find good, reliable and free Staff for there server who are capable of completing Administrative tasks for them and who complete a Job to a satisfying and high quality finish. I stopped playing minecraft for about one year. I have only recently restarted playing it again. Although there is a lot of new features too it i believe that I have adjusted back to it pretty well and I have brought myself back up to speed with all the latest plugins and features that Spigot and Mojang have provided us.
About me:
I'm 18 years old and I come from New Zealand, I have been a member of Minecraft Forum for about 5 years new and I have been a member of Minecraft.net for much longer! I have been playing the game right since the early stages of its public release. About 3 years into my Minecraft experience I decided that I wanted to peruse my dream of being an administrator on a minecraft server (or a staff member at-least). I got accepted for my first job and I was hooked. I then stopped playing minecraft to build houses and explore caves and I started playing to learn new skills. I quickly learned how to setup permission nodes, run my own server and ultimately welcome players onto a server of my own! I thoroughly enjoyed my time running my own server and once the funds ran dry so did my ambition to run the server. I stopped for a year and now I am back and ready to help out server owner develop and expand their minecraft servers!
Experience:
Although I have pretty much outlined all of my server ownership and some of my administration experience when it comes to minecraft servers earlier in this post I though I better make a short section just to outline what I am experienced with when it comes to the administration of minecraft servers.
First off I started off small just being a player, I slowly worked my way up to moderator and then onto administrator. Pretty much worked my way through all the ranks until the point that i wanted to own my own minecraft server. Along the way i used almost every plugin imaginable and Its likely that I have experience with many plugins that are still used on minecraft servers today. If not I am an extremely quick learner and I am even quicker if i have had a small amount of experience with that plugin previously. I mostly specialized in the creating of ranks/permission for groups within the server. since i started i realized that this was key compartment to a successful minecraft server. I also have 3 years experience in working with HTML, Java, Python and varying amounts of experience with other programming languages.

Mute them, When a player is muted there is no way that they can be any further abusive! This is a good resolve because both players get the best out of it!, I bully doesent get kicked and the person getting bullied doesent get bothered any further by them!
If someone tries to chargeback what do you do?:
Do you mean in game or for server donations?
You Heard someone is going to ddos the server What do you do?:
Wait for them to be proven to be actually ddosing the server, IPBan them, and Ban them and just leave the server ddos protection to take care of it! there is no possible way that an Administrator can stop a ddos attack without access to console!
Someone Calls Out a hacker What do you do?:
Depending on weather the server has Anti-Hack plugins installed.
If there are anti-hack plugins, Leave the plugin to do its job, if they really are hacking then ban them until they appeal.
if there are no anti hack plugins, Go Invisible and watch them, If they are suspected of hacking ban them until appealed, If not leave them be!

I create graphic's with a few other people in a small enterprise called Fusion-Graphics. We create 2D and 3D Graphics (Stills not Videos) and the money that we gather through this project all goes toward us creating a mine-craft server: Fusion-Gaming so hopefully all of the money gain through this shop will be brought back to the community via our mine-craft server.
